PR saves the day! After placing an order with Hungry Howies on nine mile and not receiving our order until two hours later I called and placed a delivery with PR! They beat hungry Howies here and the pizza was wonderful. Thank you!!

I came to the store 10:00pm on Sat, 6/16/23. I ordered two Italian Mr, Pita Subs. They were Terrible!!!!! They were wrapped in half baked pizza dough instead of the Original Mr. Pita Wrap their known for. It was Soggy and not tasty at all. Practally inedible. Mr. Pita shouldn’t have never merged with Papa Romanos!!!! I won’t be back!!

While doing my laundry I saw an advertisement for Papa Romano’s inside there and decided to stop by. First I made a phone call there cuz I thought it might be down the road but nope it was in the same Plaza. How convenient 🙂 ordered boneless wings and fries half Italian half hot. And let me tell you they are amazing!! I can talk all day trust me but the pictures definitely do it justice.

Ordered delivery Monday from this location because the website instructed me to order from them based on my address. I received a call, shortly after receiving my confirmation email, from the store. I was told “the delivery guys don’t want to go that far” “my guys just won’t do it” so he said my order was being canceled. There was no order cancellation email sent so I called back some time later to ask about it. I was told that refunds go through corporate so he will send confirmation as soon as it’s available. I called a few days later because my bank account still did not have record of the cancellation and refund. The gentleman on the phone told me to wait until Monday and call again if it was still not there. I waited past Monday and called today because I still don’t have the money refunded to my account. I was told they can’t do anything for me and I will just need to contact corporate. Lucky me… corporate was already closed for the day. I’m a little irritated that I’m required to call corporate to get my money back all because this location didn’t feel like making my delivery. I shouldn’t have to work this hard to get my money back when I didn’t receive the product.

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Ordered contactless delivery, called an hour later for an update. They delivered to the wrong house, so I said I’d go to the store to pick up the order. When I got there I asked for compensation because I had paid a delivery fee and a delivery tip. The girl working called her boss and said “we can’t give the money back because it’s already processed”. I said I would need something, because I was out $10. She handed me the phone and the owner started screaming at me saying they delivered it (even though it was the wrong house) so it can’t come out of his pocket and they’ve already lost so much in food cost and if I didn’t leave the store immediately there were going to be problems. I’ll never go back, and it was all over $10. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Then when I’m checking the reviews I see one from 7 months ago where the same thing happened!

It is such a shame that after decades of coming here that I will no longer be patronizing this location or any of their locations, nor will any of my family and friends. I found a hair in my pizza. It is very shameful that during this pandemic of covid-19 that when I called and spoke with Cal or Kal (manager) that all I was offered was $5 off my next order instead of a refund. I purchased a pizza on 04/20/2020 and did not notice any issues until today 04/22 that there was hair baked in my pizza. Of course I did not notice it the first day but I did not eat the whole pizza. I was not really expecting too much but the manager did not seem concerned at all and just said they do not do refunds and would only off $5 off my next order. During this pandemic something like this is totally unacceptable and not safe. It is disappointing that my concern was not taken seriously nor addressed. Never again!
