While visiting family and friends in Philly I decided to order delivery from these folks. Order was placed at 9pm, cashier calls at 9:45 says driver is on the way. Driver never shows up I call back at 10:30. Cashier says we attempted to call you several times!? My phone shows absolutely no missed calls from them. I went to the location to further verify their number. The Rude and disgusting unprofessional cashiers said we closed now. Nothing like coming home to Philly. Missed out on a $50 tip too smh

I’m soo disappointed & won’t ever be back! My food was cold twice, they offered to remake it. Next time I had hair in my food they gave me credit I didn’t want to go back but it’s been awhile & my coworkers thought we should give it another try once again it was hair in my food & our food wasn’t good on top of that I waited for over a hour smh! I’m just so disgusted and won’t be back !!

Thé pizza has a good taste if you’re looking for something like an authentic Italian type of thing. The service can be hit or miss. Sometimes they slap the pizza together with no remorse, they don’t even cut it all the way through.

Ordered here about a week ago and it took over 1.5 hours to arrive even though we lived within 15 minuets from the shop. The pizza and cheesesteaks were so greasy that I lost my appetite. Fries and onion rings were average. If you want cheap low quality food this is the spot.

I brought a chicken cheese steak which was made terrible. Huge pieces of chicken, not finely diced. I can tell my sandwich was rushed. Very salty, I ate a few bites & threw it away. A waste of money. Never again.

I have ordered from this place several times and if I add up every experience it still doesn’t constitute good service. I have experienced wrong orders, half cooked pizza but tonight did me in and I won’t order from this establishment again. I ordered $80 worth of food. The driver DID NOT EVEN GET OUT OF THE CAR and come to my door. My son went out to his car to get our food. I know with large orders you get a free soda. I called to confirm this and told the cashier that I already ordered one with my meal and she put me on hold, I HEARD her ask her coworkers and they confirmed it and I told her a Pepsi. THAT THE DRIVER DID NOT HAVE. I called after the delivery and they told me the driver was coming back out. An hour later I called back and I’m assuming the manager gets on and tells me that the cashier was incorrect. They NEVER called me and told me. I called them back at 1130pm. $80…. and they don’t give you a free soda …. horrible communication and they have sealed the deal for me. Wish them well but never again….
