Btw they open at 10:00! So that you can pick up dinner after shopping. Best of all the Chicken Herb Mediterranean, original crust is terrific! Guests loved it and almost ate the whole family size, 15 inches. But I was able to save a couple slices. Heated up in toaster oven almost better than 1st slice. Best buy $20 including tip. Great easy family meal. Thank you so much!

On television they had a commercial about a $11.99 Hawaiian . When I got to the store they told me they would not honor that price. I was very surprised and wanted to charge full retail. I had them called the manager at home and they did give me the sale price but what a hassle. It was not a pleasant experience and I don’t think I would ever want to visit there again. Too bad they lost a customer for $4.

Out of large dough? I called right back after realizing that they were gonna charge my 3$ extra for family size. I wanted to change the order to a medium. I called, I called and I called some more immediately after talking to them and no answer. So I drove there since they said it wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes and it takes me3 minutes to drive there. When I got here they said “oh I’m sorry, but we are already done with your order”.

I like there product but they just were not on their game today. My online order supposedly didn’t go through. Then the manager said he would get it right out Then went to the back. Never said a word to the crew. So after a bit I asked the crew and they made it for me. They did a great job. The biggest problem was I was not alone. There was at least 6 others with similar issues just while I was there.

Lack of hand washing is disappointing. I do not mind waiting a few minutes as long as you wash your hands after handling money and touching your hair before you just throw on gloves, (that you touch with dirty hands) and start touching food. It is a health violation. Will not be back to this Papa Murphys!

I showed up on time for my online order. I waited 30 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes until my order would be ready because they stated they fill in store orders before online. 10 people had come in while I was waiting and they all got their orders filled before my online order, which doesn’t make sense. I asked if there was anything they could do for me and they said no. I asked for a refund and they said they would put the request on the managers desk. Worst customer service ever! Won’t be going here again, not sure the point of online ordering then..
