Yea… no never again..thier crust/dough is horrible. They offered me a few bucks off my next pizza, I told them I wanted to return it..they made us a new pizza ,.IT WAS ALSO WEIRD AND DOUGHY also sadly. As you can see in the picture, the top of the pizza is perfectly cooked. We ate 1/5th of the pizza too, they almost didn’t want to take it back and made big deal about it. Like we tried to be good sports and try it but it was too gross. We didn’t do anything wrong, something was wierd with the dough..it even tasted sour , like sour dough vibes. I’ve gotten papa Murphy’s for years in other towns like Wenatchee and Puyallup, not sure why this store in Ephrata can’t get their dough right. Both pizzas including the replacement one, was nasty overly doughy. We aren’t coming back. They put too much yeast in the dough or something.

I take meds because I’m deathly allergic to pork I ordered two pizzas from Papa the pizzas that they gave me were full of pork when I contacted Papa Murphy’s gm he said that he made the Pizza lying in that the pizzas that they made do not coain pork that the owner and made them in fact that was a because the pizzas had Canadian bacon other pork products into it absolutely no chicken in an absolutely no beef or in the pizza I asked for the owner’s number which I called the only thing he does is insult my husband calling him a fat in a word I don’t want to say and said that we were both fat and never to come back to a store on a mistake that they made instead of fixing the problem he also threatened me over the phone and call me discussing things I do not recommend anybody to eat there with that kind of service my husband was very upset and after being insulted as a human being and ask the owner if you would like to meet him there he would be there within 10 minutes he refunded the purchase get the guy that made the pizza would not take responsibility for the pizza or putting pork ingredients into the pizza to somebody who is deathly allergic to we have had several incidences for this company providing Pizza to us and our has he called us call the liars and pulled one of the pizzas out of the oven which had a lot of pork which I took pictures of which I Will Sumit he also said he didn’t care who we called or what we the only thing that he had to say is that we were another words that I don’t want to repeat very sad and disgusted as it was my birthday and my family had came over to eat we were left without Pizza in a company that would not acknowledge I’m a state that they had made and me and my family and my own person on my birthday the only way that I can leave this review is to leave it is sad to say that I would leave zero Stars if I could because this company does not deserve a star or even any business with that kind of treatment please see photos posted pull-up pork

Ordered online for pickup and we got there 5 minutes too early, totally willing to wait, the poor girl looked so busy. She had our pizzas ready ahead of time and got us out of line within two minutes of our arrival. We got two large (they were huge) and THICCC stuffed pizzas for about $50. The family was not disappointed at all and all six of our doggos were very happy to have us share with them (there were lots of left overs). First time trying take & bake and we will definitely be back.

Always have had an amazing experience here, but ever since the owners made it “online only” and took away daily deals there is absolutely no good reason to go here anymore and you may as well purchase a pizza from a local business that already has it cooked like Time Out Pizza!

The staff is friendly. And the options for pizza’s is great. I could think of a few hundred nice things to say but let’s just say, the food is great for a take and bake. The store is clean and when you are waiting it’s never a long line so your total wait time is usually under 30 minutes.
