On a particularly busy Tuesday night I arrived about 30 minutes before closing. There appeared to be a problem with ensuring a customer being charged properly. In trying to resolve that issue, the line of waiting customers continued to grow. One of the employees (Braxton sp?), stepped in, took care of the problem and got things back on track. Even with being behind, she was focused on each customer, phone call and pizza she was making. Her cool, calm approach and attitude made the best of a difficult situation.

The teeny boppers that work here refused to serve me because I came in a few minutes before closing. Who closes at 8pm anyways???? I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and when someone comes in even 2 minutes before close you still serve them. Customers should be able to come in and order until the advertised hours Chris and his sidekick seem to need a refresher class on what customeris.
