We have ordered pizza from here multiple times and usually have a positive experience. Last time we ordered an online order, they gave us the wrong pizza, only bacon and cheese, when we ordered a half cowboy half Hawaiian. I called the store and they did not offer to make us a replacement pizza or refund. I called several times and I keep being told a manager will call me. It has been over a week and nobody has called me back.

I would’ve shared the picture I took but I threw it away. I was extremely disappointed in my purchase of a pizza when it came out not the dough I asked for on a speciality pizza where the dough is supposed to be then but some how they manage to mess that up for 23$ and I followed directions and the pizza was still doughy and I tried cooking it longer and still doughy and burnt thanks and they expect you to tip too now so I tipped being nice and still couldn’t get it right best waste of 26$ dollars I’ve spent to end this year hopefully I make that hours worth of work back and some change. I recommend nobody go to any papa’s Murphy over charged and taste worst than little Caesar’s just buy ingredients and make your own pizza at home use google for a recipe.

We come to this papa Murphys about once in a blue moon. So when we do order something it’s a fairly big order for my family. We had an order tonight with a total of 75.08 and I brought in a 100 bill. Thinking that it would be enough for the bill and I was turned down and told that if I wanted to use the bill and pay it would have to be 95.00 worth for the tab and when I said that was all I wanted they said I had to get change elsewhere. I hadn’t seen any sign saying “We do not accept large bills”. Now I know if my bill was around the 50 or 60 range than that would be a problem but for 75, that is outrageous. I’m highly disappointed in the treatment of service.

We go to this papa Murphy’s quite often. Recently, we have had an issue twice with the dough on the thin crust pizza. It acts like it’s old or just made without an ingredient, it won’t rise and sticks to the pizza pan it comes on and it won’t crisp up and is really heavy, not airy at all. I called to inform them of our issue and was told I was cooking it wrong. I’ve been cooking papa Murphy’s pizzas for 40 years ANYWAY. I was just calling to inform them of the issue and basically just got blown off. Won’t go to that location again.

Worst I’ve had. Picked up a nyxl cheese tonight. We couldn’t taste or see sauce and most of the pizza didn’t have cheese but was covered with an exuberant amount of herb and salt mix. Cooked only until the crust was no longer doughy the Tiny amount of cheese was crunch because there was so little of it. I’m so disappointed. Next time I will purchase a dollar Totino pizza and have more satisfaction.

Always fast and efficient with orders and never sloppy presentation of pizza. Nice upbeat area its in but super tight parking lot it has.. Better off parking a few hundred feet away vs directly in store window front.
