This used to be our go-to Papa Murphy’s. Can’t say it will in the future based on what I witnessed on our last visit. It seemed a bit off and worrisome for those with allergies.

At 5:41pm I called in to order 2 pizzas, a nice, newer young gentleman named Mathew answered, took my order, and I asked him how long, he said 15-20 minutes. We arrived around 15 minutes later and my husband went in, he was told there were no pizzas under our name, maybe I called the wrong location. My husband came out to ask me, I called back and Mathew answered… I asked him what location was I calling and the line went silent. So I asked again, 3 more times. He said he was having trouble hearing me and hung up. I decided to go in and see if it was maybe just me… a nice gal helped me and I explained I had called earlier and spoke to a boy named Mathew she said he works at that location and she was sorry, I explained I just called in again to make sure I was calling the correct place and he acted like he couldn’t hear me. He was standing right there making pizzas. It was really kind of upsetting. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for 2 pizzas one which was made incorrectly by Mathew. With two hungry kids in the car, being very pregnant and hot…I was just like shesshhh… does anybody have any sense of customer service anymore or do they value the job they signed up for? I’m starting to think nobody does their job right, things are either not done, done incorrectly, you get told everything other then an apology.

This establishment is the best of the best. We use these shops all over. This shop on 112th is way out of our way, but its quality, cleanliness, organization, timeliness and promptness is what we seek. Their employees are all professional, all of the time, the always know your discounts and charge you appropriately and the quality of the food is always visually top notch. We drive out of our way to buy here when there is another store 1.5 miles away.

We come here every week. The staff is always friendly and have a good appearance. We love the price and the speed. The only improvement I would say they need is the be consistent with topping quantity on the pizza. Some weeks the pizza is loaded and other weeks they are not.

Had to test out our oven in our new RV as its never been used before and figured Papa Murphys Pizza to be a good test. Both the Cowboy and Hawaiian Pizzas came out perfect in 9 minutes at 425 degrees. Shared with our neighbors and loved learning about their lives over pizza & cold cold cold 5 stars & 2 thumbs-up
