I would have put zero stars but I didn’t get that option. Tonight (Thursday night) I ordered online this time thinking it would be faster or at least started by the time we got there. On the phone they said 30 minutes. I called after I ordered online just to make sure they got the order.. we waited 20 minutes to go get the pizza and it took about 7 minutes to get there. We were informed that it would be 20 MORE minutes..ok this is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. They’re all stressed out in there and confused. This is a TAKE and BAKE. Omg so slow and stressed in there. I almost felt sorry for them at first but this has happened the last 3 times so…no more Papa Murphy’s in Orting for us anymore. We probably could have gone to Puyallup and get it faster. Where ate the managers?

I come here every Tuesday and preordering it has always been a great success. I was really disappointed this time. Dont get me wrong the pizza was great but I got there late and murder still wasnt ready. In fact I sat there about another 15-20 min after it was supposed to be done. One customer waited so long he had to leave with part of his order and said he would have to send his wife to come back. Maybe everyone was new, I dont know but I think I will order from a different place next week…..

Not a fan of their skyrocketing prices but they gotta stay in business. The pizza is usually great only once did i ask for extra sauce on one of two pies in my order and they put it on the wrong one. I’m sure had i have gone back they would have made it right but we were hungry and just ate it.

It’s at 22 minutes when I made my order. I spent 20 minutes in Safeway getting sodas. I come back to find out the two teen boys behind the counter couldn’t have cared to even start my order. So I came in and asked them to please start it. When I and back to the parking lot because I drove around the block I noticed them continually checking the front window because they’re goofing around playing around and acting like 6 year olds. Didn’t have the complete order done and I think it’ll be the last time that I come to this Papa Murphy’s thanks to the two working this evening
