We showed up at 11am, only one person working- a very pleasant young lady with blue-green hair. We ordered three pizzas, she advised us it would take about 10 to 15 minutes as she was there by herself as her coworker had chosen to not show. She worked quickly & professionally, and our pizzas were ready in about 20 minutes.

I want to share how it is so wrong when an order is made incorrectly and has left the building to be returned to fix, you NEVER fix that same product, a NEW pizza should have been made. I don’t blame the young man I blame management whom apparently weren’t present. 3 males on the clock and just no friendliness no help given to the young man making pizzas even though the other 2 had nothing else to do.

Food is good. Messed up my order and when I called to tell them that I received thin crust instead of thick, the manager told me that I was lying and hung up on me! I will not be going here again and I’m mad that I prepaid the tip.

I enjoy their pizzas but their customer services pretty bad. They have messed up my pizza order more than twice placing ingredients on the pizza I’m allergic to and were quite difficult when I tried to just get a replacement pizza.

I give two stars. The additional star is because I don’t normally have trouble at this location. However not long ago, I was treated rudely by the manager, Allen. I had ordered a chicken Mediterranean Delite over the phone and asked if I could do less chicken and more sun dried tomato instead. When I got to the store to purchase my pizza, I handed Allen my coupon for $12 but it rang up to $15. I asked why it was so high. He said because you added a topping. On the phone I didn’t realize I was adding a topping since I asked for less chicken and more sun dried tomato. I said you should tell the customer when it’s going to cost more. I then asked “do you not tell the customer when things are going to cost more?” He kept responding without answering the question by saying whenever you add a topping it cost more.” It was very frustrating because he knew he was in the wrong and refused to answer my question. I eventually asked who the manager was which he said himself. I told him he should know then to inform the customer of an additional cost. At the end of this whole back and forth and as I was leaving, he told me “I’m the customer so I should know that” , know that it cost more. He was very rude and unapologetic, childish in a sort. Whether I was in the wrong or not , I didn’t think i was adding an extra topping, it was more like swapping, otherwise I would have left the same amount of chicken on there. He displayed terrible customer service. He could have easily diffused everything but instead chose to be proud and argumentative. It had nothing to do with the 3 extra dollars. It was mainly his bad attitude and lack of apology. I won’t be coming to this location again or at least for a long time. Customer service is everything especially when you’re the manager. The guy running the show. The face of the business. And are the local guide reviews , real reviews? They all give five stars but then all the others give like one ore two. Weird.

Second time we have gotten a family size pizza with way too much sauce and a really tough and barely edible crust. This is a disappointment since we have always loved this store. Guess it’s time to find a new place to get our pizzas.
