Generally, the food quality is good/great. However, the staff is lacking. With one recent exception, an employee named Cali. When I recently called in an order, I found her to be professional and polite. I hope that management and/or the franchise owner take note that this employee is a stand out and give her a deserved kudos.

Pizza is great. Service on the other hand was not. My wife and I went in recently and one of the employees asked us to leave due to my wife holding our chihuahua in her arms. Sure that is fine. My wife left I paid for our pizza. I now return 10 minutes later to pick up my pizza. Walk inside while my wife and dog sit outside in the rain. As I enter I notice 2 customers inside and what do they have with them? A DOG!?!? No one asked them to leave. Maybe they were friends who knows. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Long time customer turned off due to poor customer service.

Pizza was subpar and expensive. My toppings were really light so it tasted more like a plain cheese pizza than what I ordered. They forgot the pepperoni on my pizza so we had to ask them to add the pepperoni we ordered and paid for. It took a while to get our pizza.

I grew up loving Papa Murphy’s but the quality of the ingredients has diminished noticeably, the cheese is more sparse, I no longer enjoy the pineapple on your Hawaiian pizzas, and the crust has a different texture. I think the quality of service has diminished as well, it’s disappointing when I order ahead and arrive at their estimated ready time to repeatedly have to continue to wait when I get there. I typically avoid the busiest times so it’s odd that they can’t have a pizza ready in 20-30 minutes despite not even having to cook it. To be fair though, the employees are always very friendly and I can understand that the youthful people they employ can get easily distracted. I mostly just want a step-up in ingredients, thank you.

Had an absolutely terrible experience here on only my first visit. The pizza was extremely expensive, the cheesy bread they gave me was 2 days expired and there water barely any toppings on the pizza at all. Plus, the “crustless pizza” we got was $22 and even with extra chicken barely even covered the bottom of the small container it came in. Never going back. We absolutely got hustled by this place.

We really dislike patronizing this location. After the Lake City location burned we have no other close location. The “family sized” hawaiian pizza we ordered had 11 pieces of canadian bacon and not even enough cheese to cover the sauce. $17.00 + a package of pepperoni and another bag of cheese.
