The Manager Mickey is amazing. She’s always in a positive mood, makes quality pizzas, and go’s beyond for the company. Thank you!

Be careful when ordering from a third party! This location must not look at the orders correctly. Ordered my usual and I’ve never had issues in years and all of a sudden they missed the pepperoni on my pepperoni pizza! So disappointed.. I was craving pizza too! Called to get a refund so I can reorder but was asked to come in with the pizza for them to add pepperoni.. I ordered delivery for a reason so that’s not going to work. The young man then told me there was no manager on duty until Tuesday. Gave my name and number but “good luck” the manager actually sees the note left. Guess I will eat this sad pizza with no pepperoni. But

This used to be my Tuesday go-to meal, but the Holman Rd store seems understaffed lately, so don’t bother getting the Tuesday special. If you order in–store, you’ll have to wait because they’re backed up with online orders. If you order online, it won’t be ready when you get there, and they likely made mistakes. I had 2 visits in a row where they forgot the red sauce, and then a week later they made my order with the wrong crust. All 3 times there was only 1 employee frantically making pizzas.

Little hiccup in messing up my order (forgot to add the red sauce) and they fixed it! Even gave me the one the messed up. Not sure what to do with a pizza with no sauce but when you fold it in half, you get a calzone! Thanks again for making it right.

Usually love your pizzas. Been customers for 20+ years. Last two pizzas – and particularly tonight’s – were so haphazardly put together (1/4 of tonight’s only had mozz and nothing more!) that we’re going back to Red Baron or something like that. Why pay $ for something so shoddy?

They say that they are open till 8 during week days but even at 7:45 they wont make a pizza for you!!!! Worst customer service and bussiness ever. I think their manager should be worried!!!!!

The pizza was great. The staff was polite and helpful. The public area was clean, and seemed a little sparse (large empty area with one smallish bench to sit on), but probably works well when the place gets busy, and might be useful at discouraging unwanted loitering

Rude girl answers the phone “how can I help you?” I said “I’d like to order a pizza” she said ” Yeah, No! We are closed in like 9 minutes, so we are not taking any new orders…” I said ” I just pulled in your lot and will be a walk in soon” she said “no we are not taking any orders now…”. Moral of the story is that Papa Murphy’s is only open from whenever to 30 minutes before whatever they have posted hours on the door to actually take your order. Customer service isn’t what this rude girl is serving up!! Probably got a head start on cleaning and restocking?!? Just read other reviews and it was all about cruddy service and stanky pizza. This is the last time I’ll ever buy anything from Rude and Stanky! I’m now going to go out of my way to dissuade people from buying from them. Bye Felicia!!!

Ok, first I recently this year started to go back to Papa Murphy’s due to a new move and location I found on Holman Rd. Seattle. My old location on Jackson street closed a few years back and recently found this one location. But after the last 3 visits I’m ready to call it quits again.
