The guy that made my pizzas had long hair and no cover on it, unsanitary. Along with putting barely any sauce on my pizzas. Not good customer service from all 3 guys working at the place. They all never welcomed me when I came in and I had ti repeat what I wanted 3 times. Will never go back to this location. Also the guy that cashed me out complained about not being off work on time because he had to stay to help the other 2 guys. Very bad attitude and said out loud, ( screw this place ). Wow.

Ordered 5 pizzas over the phone, specifically ordered 2 non garlic with only olive oil because of a severe garlic allergy. Both were made with white sauce with garlic. Called the store back to get a refund due to pizzas being inedible and they would only offer a replacement, which is completely useless when we have a house full of people, or a $15 store credit, against a $40 order. Will never order here again.

Was camping out in an RV park just down the road and decided a pizza was the way to go. With the pandemic happening figured a take and bake was the best option so I called up this Papa Murphy’s and ordered a Papa’s Favorite. The customer service was excellent both on the phone and in person. I was told fifteen minutes and when I showed ten minutes later my pizza was ready. The employees were wearing face masks and following social distancing guidelines which was refreshing. Minutes later I was home and the pizza was in the oven and it was delicious! Thank you for great service and a delicious pizza to go!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would because this was hands down the WORST customer service I’ve had. I ordered a pizza online and accidentally forgot to check off that I wanted mozzarella cheese. Instead of the manager, Jewel, on duty, fixing my pizza, he refused and told me I did it on purpose. I truly don’t know what kind of customer service this is where a customer who has ALREADY PAID not be accommodated. The pizza is not cooked so there should have been no reason that my order could not have been fixed. Further, I didn’t take the pizza and have not received confirmation of a refund.

I was so disappointed in this location. Both of my pizzas had so many bubbles in the crust while baking. I did pop them but once you get that bubble forming it takes away from the integrity of the pizza.

No employee acknowledged that I came through the door and was waiting for service. I placed an on-line order. I was then told that on-line orders do not go through correctly. I ordered two pizzas. One was the incorrect size with the wrong ingredients on it. The other was the right size with the wrong ingredients on it. The crust on was was thin and not correctly made. Thin crust was ordered on both pizzas the other pizza did not have thin crust. I would say that the young employees were not paying attention to how they were making pizzas; plus then possibly had their computer issues that need to be corrected.
