If I could give a 1/2 star, I would. Not because of the kids working there who are just trying to make some money and learn some skills, but because of the RUDEST, most UNKIND manager I’ve had to deal with in a very long time. I ordered 4 items, 3 pizzas and some cheesy bread, when I went to the counter to pay, only 3 of the 4 were there. When I questioned where my 4th item was, she rudely replied, you only paid for 3…ummmm, I haven’t paid for them yet, hence the reason why I’m standing at the counter. Ooooooh, you need to get your cheesy bread out of the cooler. When a customer questions there pizza order that’s $65, just be pleasant and help them. Seriously Lady, you need to take a class on Management, working with the public and being KIND.

Store hours are till 7pm I called the first time at 5:45pm with no answer. Called back at 5:50pm with an answer. Before I could say anything the lady (Lynn) on the other end said, “Can you be here before 7pm?”. “Sure, no prob”, I said. “Well then I guess you can order.”

Pizza okay, server rude and obnoxious. Yell at me for checking if my online order was ready. I asked for the status and she still yelled at me. WAIT OUTSIDE, ONLY 4 IN THE STORE. My order was next… so she said, several people in and out. Talked to friends picking up their order, mine should have been done 1/2 before theirs. Took me another 20 minutes. Then rude and obnoxious girl YELLED as I was getting in my car, THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

Pizza is as good as Papa Murphy’s has ever been, but management/owner consistently doesn’t schedule enough people or prep for busy times even when it’s obvious it would be busy. The kids making the pizza are great and put up really well with a lot of angry customers berating or even yelling at them when it’s not their fault. Tip the high school kids, complain to management.
