Honestly their pizza is good. I give them a lower rating because I am sick and tired of being prompted for a tip on the screen anytime I use my debit card. It happens everywhere. It even happened at the frugal drive through. Now it’s happening here too and I think it’s ridiculous. Now I tip 20 percent when I go out to eat and my waiter provides me the service of seating us. bringing out my food, refilling drinks and etc. But papa murphys simply makes a product. Enough is enough. I wonder if these employees are claiming any tips like waiters and waitresses do with the irs.

Ordered 5 pizzas all thin crust. 2 i ordered were chicken bacon artichoke and then the all vegetables that say thin crust came with pan crust. Didnt know until baking them. Disappointed usually never have any problems with this location bit service has been going down hill.

I’ve never really got anything from Papa Murphy’s before so I can’t be fair with rating them I did not like the pizza I got and I don’t know if it was them preparing it wrong or my expectations we’re highly overrated

I go to this location often and the customer service is lacking. Papa Murphys is hands down my favorite pizza place, but I have had some pretty disappointing trips here. Food poorly made, food taking much longer than what was stated, bad attitudes, and on one occasion waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone finally poked their head out of the back. I hope they can get stuff figured out soon. This is a picture of our cheesy bread from a while back with maybe half a handful of cheese on it.

I picked up 6 pizzas and meatballs marinara on Christmas Eve. I really appreciated an associate who called to ask about the sauce we wanted for the dairy free cheese veggie pizza. Great staff!

Quick way to get decent pizza at a good price. They used to have my order ready for pick up when I arrived, but even giving them an extra 5 to 10 minutes they’ve been missing their time estimate lately. Hence, I docked them a star. Wish they’d quick pushing the soft drinks so much. It’s pretty widely noted that they are not a healthy choice.

I have a tricky pizza these guys have nailed it every request. I get the pan crust every time. No other pizza place has this favored crust. I often call ahead it’s always waiting for me. Some times I buy the discarded or mix up pizzas for the kids it’s fun to try different combinations.

The pizza is fine but I’d be aware of taking your kids in this place. They play vulgar music that is not appropriate for a family pizza place. It was appalling and I was shocked they’d be allowed to play that type of music. I won’t be going back to this specific location.
