Ordered a gluten free pizza last night which wasn’t gluten free. I called and the lady working said I could come in the next day and they will make me a new one. I showed up today to get the pizza and the guy working was very very rude and acted annoyed. He made it seem like it was my fault because they aren’t supposed to do that and are supposed to send me a coupon. Worst customer service experience ever.

This is the second time now, I order a pizza off the Gourment Delight artisan Thin crust menu. I got a regular crust. The first time I called they, they said I have to specify. Why would you specify thin crust if that is the menu item you ordered. I could understand that if I ordered off the regular menu. I stopped going there because they can’t get your order right. Thought I would try again. That would be like ordering off the stuff crust menu and getting a regular pizza. I called they offered to remake it, but I live 15min out of town. That is all they can do.

If this had been the 1st time I ordered from here, I would never go back. Placed an online order, to be ready by 4:53. Got there at 5:00 and it hadn’t been started. I asked how long and was told she had no idea. Finally got pizza at 5:15. There were 5 people working on pizzas and all were moving like sloths. Also about 6 people waiting on orders. I have never had this happen when online ordering and hope it is addressed with your employees.

It’s a papa murphy’s, in my opinion, a bit of a childhood favorite. A wide selection of pizza types and toppings, build custom, or get pre-designed orders, or specialty orders… I think they cover pretty much all the most liked toppings for pizzas… The staff are polite when I go, the wait isn’t long though I have seen them with a line almost out the door… The store always looks clean to me… In my opinion, they are affordable without being overly cheap… They also have some signs inside the store that suggest cooking ideas to do with their pizzas. I’m not exactly sure how long those have actually been there, but they were new to me the last time I was there…

I tried to call to place an order and the phone didn’t work it just rang a busy signal. So I ordered on line. I received a confirmation # 15421706429120514. Gave my husbands name to pick up by 3:00. Left my email and phone number on the order. I ordered two pizzas both large, 1 papa’s favorite and 1 Thai chicken. When my husband arrived after a 30 minute drive to town, they said there was no order. They looked under my phone number and said there was no order. My husband then drove home 30 minutes without a pizza. I am furious. Now we don’t have anything prepared for dinner.
