The kids working here need more supervision. Pizzas weren’t ready on time (weren’t even started) when arriving when the order was quoted to be done by. Waited for the pizzas, then they forgot to make one of them and then waited another 20 minutes while they cranked out another 10 pizzas before someone got around to making the one missing from the order…while waiting, one of the other pizzas that was make and was sitting for pickup had a fly crawling around under the plastic. Sub par at best!

Classic Papa Murphy’s. Pretty high quality ingredients and excellent prices. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It gets very busy and they sometimes are a little overloaded, but working at max capacity. Seems like they need a bigger place to accommodate. The online ordering feature has helped a bit with the line and the wait. Overall great place and great value.

Showed up for a walk in order! Kid with the chops rocked it! He was on top of all of it! He was the first and last to help us! Kid with shaved head made our pizza to a crisp! It was delicious! He was outgoing and fun! I couldn’t say much else about the other workers because they ignored us. I appreciated the customer service the first Gentleman gave us! Those two got a well deserved tip!

I ordered online and was given a time that my pizza would be done… I showed 5-10 minutes after I was told to arrive and the pizza was not ready. I stood in line to ask how long and was told it would be ten more minutes… there were close to 10 unhappy customers already in the lobby. I waited another 25 minutes and got back in line and when the young man behind the counter saw me again he started searching through the stack of tickets …mine was Still not in process. They decided to start it at that point and it took another 5-10 minutes. I understand the hardships with finding employees however this store had more than enough staff on hand 6-7 young men. One of them spent most of the time I was present pacing in the back on his cell phone and the others treated their jobs with a very lackadaisical attitude to their job and the fact that they are paid to serve the customers. We have frequented this store for many years and at this point we will not be coming back. It has went downhill over the last year or two and at this point should probably just be closed due to the fact employees at this location simply do not care.

Whoever manages this place should observe more how their employees are preparing the food. This is literally the THIRD time I have found hair in the salads that I order from here. I never leave bad reviews but please do something about this. It’s absolutely disgusting.

We got pizza tonight (Halloween) and, as expected it was incredibly busy. Despite this, this location was staffed as fully has possible and they handled every problem that arose quickly. There were several rude customers and the staff dealt with each in a very respectful manner. 5 stars for going above and beyond!

The employees at this store are so nice and considerate. I eat here probably 2 or 3 times a month and when my order came up way more then I thought they took extra time and care with my issues and resolved it immediately. I will continue with family dinner night at the Southside Papa Murphy’s!
