Pizza is good, I like the idea of bringing home a fresh pizza that you have to cook. The ingredients are fresh and tasty and they are not too expensive. I recommend this pizza if you aren’t in a rush for food immediately since you have to cook it yourself. Service is quick and to the point as most cashiers are also making the pies. Not a dine in place and slightly run down inside, but overall, decently kept up decor. Not alot of seats for waiting if there is more than 2 or 3 people inside you are standing.

Always satisfied, staff is always friendly! Pizzas are delicious no matter what your choice is. If you don’t want to spend $20+ for one pizza this is where to go. I love how they get into the spirit of Halloween we definitely get this every year, never to old to have fun

Always a good place to snag a pizza and bake it at home. Sometimes it works out better than other places because they are fast and so what if I have to cook it, it’s delicious every single time

You know we called it in and drove 15 minutes away to get there and it wasn’t ready but the food was delicious and the other side was a clean environment

Would have given five stars if the employees had a personality other then the robot responded, but the manager who took the order in the register did at least present a respectful attitude.

Seriously don’t waste your time to order ahead on the phone. They forgot to make one of my pizzas then proceeded to make the person who ordered after me in the store pizza first. Seems so simple to treat customers as first come first serve. Oh and the customer service has gone completely away. I remember a time you would be greeted by everyone making the pizzas, not tonight. I walked in and they all stared at me,… No words. Guess covid made people miserable.

UNBELIEVALBLY RUDE STAFF. Go to the South one. They know how to value and treat their customers. I have been buying $40 worth of pizza every Friday for the past 3 years. I tried the North location as it is closer to my work for the last two weeks. BOTH times I have been treated like I asked them to pay for a Disneyland trip. I spent $75 this last Friday and have a coupon, which NEVER expires, for a cookie dough container. They told me I could not have it and that they do not accept them any longer. How can you not except a coupon which doesn’t expire? I was treated poorly by the employee, assistant manager and manager. I told them I would not go to their location any longer and the manager said, “Okay.” WOW after spending that much money in a store and to be treated with such disrespect. The owner should know what goes on here and if you allow this kind of behavior, then there are bigger issues. At least the South one has great people. GOOD customer service would have allowed me to get my free cookie dough and politely been told that they will not accept that coupon any longer.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I arrived I was told I had placed the order at the Bend South location and not the Bend 3rd street location. I was frustrated thinking I would have to drive another 15 minutes. Not only did the manager at Papa Murphy’s transfer my order to the location I was at, but he placed my order at the front of the line so I would not have to wait (it was Friday at 5:30, it was busy!) I was so impressed and immediately called my husband to tell him that good customer service did still exist in this world!

Went on V-day for the heart pizza and expected a long wait. Nope. There were plenty of customers, but they were prepared with a larger staff. Got the Stuffed Chicago-style. It surprised both my husband and I as being better than our expectations. Same with their chicken Caesar salad. Yummy. Got the heart pizza and mini-murphs for the kids, all kids were happy. Plus, on top of the speedy service and yummy food, they let you use as many coupons as you have. I got so much food to feed a family of 6, pus have leftovers, for $19. It was a great experience. I didn’t give it 5 stars, because I have not always been impressed by the taste. Sometimes it’s lacking in flavor.

Staff is extremely rude. I called ahead to see if they had 2 ceasar salads made and was told yes. I showed up to get the salads and was immediatly scowled at for bringing my service animal with me and was told I “really need to order online.” I attempted to explain that I called ahead but was cutt off by the employee. He then left to get the salad however due to him not even taking my order didnt realize I needed two.
