Got the Murphey combo with a few minor half and half adjustments. Each half perfect and then some. Definitely my favorite location in this area. Has a real Bobby flay vibe. 10/10 for papa smurfs. I also ordered a family 16″ for two people. We are spending the rest of the night happily full, and remaining as horizontal as possible.

Papa Murphys has never let me down, with their wide variety of ingredients and flavor combinations. Tuesday is the best day to go because on Tuesday’s you can get a large pizza for $13, which is definitely worth it. They also have friendly staff, ready to serve.

Classic bake at home pizza is always great, but this location needs some work. With 7-9 people working all at once I waited 40 minutes for a grubhub order that they said would be ready in 15. Staff was not attentive or helpful, all of them seemed stressed. Better management necessary.

Papa Murphys Pizza tastes great. But there’s something to be said about a well prepared crust. And I can’t say that about theirs… it’s to be expected that a small air bubble or 2 forms up in the baking process, but this is ridiculous… not to mention the crust is constantly sticking to the tray… anyways, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor pizza experience from this store, but this is by far the worst yet…

We ordered in store a family size build your own pizza. Including ground beef. We got it home and NO ground Beef, toppings were glopped on in areas and other areas bare. We called to address this & were put on hold for over 8 minutes listening to how important we are to Papa’s. Them they connected us to the manager who said they ran out of ground beef. They did not tell us that and charged our card for a pizza with the ground beef. Not the way to run a business. We were told bring back the pizza & will credit you! They wanted us to drive back into town w/ the pizza & they would credit us! So they want us to drive back stand in line on Friday night with people ordering their pizza! Good Bye papa’s Will stick with Coburg Pizza Company!

We purchased 2 pizzas. The first pizza cooked perfectly, like usual. The 2nd pizza looked done after the expected time. The crust was brown but the center was raw. We attempted to remove from the cooking tray, it was so doughy it wouldn’t unstick. We tried covering the crust with foil to prevent it from burning while the rest cooked. No luck. We tried removing the toppings to give the crust a chance to cook by itself. No luck. We finally called the store and explained the entire story. After telling our complaint to 2 different people the manager Travis offered for us to come back and purchase another pizza at half price! All we wanted was a replacement. Not even a refund. We asked for our new pizza to be rushed since we already wasted over 45 minutes messing with the first failure. We weren’t even granted that. Terrible customer service, led by practically children. A complete waste of time, money and gas to go back and forth twice. Very unprofessional.
