I like their pizza but this outlet cheats on the way they calculate tips. They don’t take discounts into account. If you order a $20 pizza using a coupon that gives a price of $12.99, and specify a 10% tip on the checkout screen, they will add a $2.00 instead of a $1.30 tip.

Really good staff, the other day I wasn’t paying attention to the time and ended up placing an order only 30 minutes before closing. As a person with prior food working experience I know how frustrating it is to have to do those last minute orders when all you can think about is going home. However the one staff member, I should have gotten there name, was very sweet and told me it was no problem.

Someone is fixing a pizza for us at 5 p.m., the sunlight shown through the window out lines the heavy dust and pieces of food below the perpairers feet. A woman comes over and sweeps the floor in front of, underneath the counter and on the other side of this person’s feet; the dust is floating up around and above were our pizza is being made!!?

I love Papa Murphy’s in fact I used to work at one as my first job. When I called to place an order 10 minutes before they were supposed to close they said they couldn’t take my order. I’ve never known a place to not take an order up until the time that they were closed. At least back in the day when I worked there if someone walked through the door at 8:59 and we closed at 9:00 we would be making them a pizza. But they already had all their stuff cleaned up and couldn’t be bothered to make a pizza when we could have been there by 9:00. I explained to the kid that the pizza was super easy to make and again he said they were no longer taking orders and they were all cleaned up and ready to close. It sounds like the manager or owner needs to have a talk with their stuff about customer service and when the time of closing is set at a certain time you don’t start cleaning up before that time. Super disappointing!
