I had a $40 order ready for pickup in the drive thru, only had $100 bill and they refused to take my payment. So I took all the kids to Taco Bell instead, they had no problem taking a $100 bill and I actually spent less! Thanks for being POS Papa Murphey’s! No that doesn’t stand for point of sale!!

My husband and I have been to a lot of Papa Murphy’s locations and this one in McMinnville is another great one. Their pizza is really great. I especially love the Mediterranean chicken and the artichoke chicken on thin crust. We always get thin crust. It’s really good! Most recently I tried their double bacon cheddar pizza and it is delicious as well. The customer service and the store has been excellent. The staff is always friendly and polite. We highly recommend Papa Murphy’s in this location in particular.

They were very friendly and helpful. Tuesday is the best day for deals. I could make my order, pay and come pick it up later. I love that you can bake your pizza to your preference at home. It still taste like you got your pizza at a pizza joint.

I walked into Papa Murphy’s and it smelled so good! There were a few people ahead of me so I waited my turn. When I got up to the counter I was greeted friendly by a nice young girl and an I said hi in return. I ordered a large combo and a 2 liter of pop. I ordered the pizza so they would bake it for me. You can order it so you can take it home too and bake it yourself but I didn’t feel like cooking so that’s why I had them bake it for me.

I don’t keep returning here because the pizza is infamous or even remotely close to perfecto, or a “perfect” Ja. It’s the people who provide the customer service that’s more on par than the pizza they provide. I’m almost willing to believe that it’s such a decent pizza, only because of the quality of employees who make the experience a bit better.

I’ve been going here for awhile. While they’re human and sometimes make mistakes, they ALWAYS make them right! Today my Vegan friend who’s allergic to meat protein ordered a pizza. They made sure to take extra care to make sure nothing she order was contaminated with anything else! It made her feel so much less stress. Great job!
