Third time getting the dairy free cheese pizza from this location and won’t be again. I understand the cheese is supposed to be light so it cooks properly but it never even covers the sauce and because it’s so light you can’t just move it around to cover it all, also there was too much crust and very light sauce. Not really worth the money. Also the place still smells really weird

Placed a mobile order on 6/5 and when I arrived this location smelled absolutely horrible. It smells like wet dirty dog/or rotting meat…can’t quite place my finger on it. I arrived 45 minutes after placing my order and it was still not ready (at 3:30 pm when not busy at all). During my wait I had to go outside because it smelled so bad inside. None of the employees seemed to notice or were totally oblivious. I am going to cook the living daylights out of my pizza because I am concerned about cleanliness of this location and the amount of potential bacteria that is being blowing on the food from the vents. I’ve been to this location about a year ago and it never smelled like it does now. I will go out of my way to order from a different location in the future. Will consider sending a message to health authority if I get sick, because something is off here.

All I had to do was go to Papa Murphy’s for like 1 minute to pick up my friend’s order. And when I went there the smell was horrendous. Like it smelled like a porty potty station there. Like just so bad I can still smell it even though it has been over 5 hours. I still love Papa Murphy’s but I’m never going to this site ever. The food thankfully was good but did no deals which sucks. Bad, I hope the employee there survives.

Today was our last visit due to their inability to fix their horrible stench in the store. It’s been going on for a while and seems to be getting worse. This will kill their business. It’s anything but appetizing. Temporarily close until it’s fixed.

I placed an online order for two Cowboy pizzas and an order of cheesy bread to be picked up at 5:15PM. My husband arrived at 5:25 to pick up the order and it wasn’t even ready yet. And, he did not know there was cheesy bread on the order and didn’t pick it up. When I called to ask for a refund, they said no. I will dispute the charge with my bank and will never be back. Hire someone other than teenagers who are just there for a paycheck!!!

Smell so bad inside, looks terrible inside. I don’t know how it’s legal for this spot to be open. Got my pizza and literally threw it away when I got home. I don’t trust it at all.

I will drive out of my way to go to a different Papa Murphy’s. The staff at this location is awful. The two ladies working the last time I went in there were rude, snobby, and bratty. One of the staff blatantly rolled her eyes at me after I mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza and asked if I could have a different one made. I was extremely polite and apologized profusely as this was my mistake and I totally understood that but they absolutely could have declined to make me a new pizza and I would have understood. Instead she looked at her coworker and audibly scoffed and rolled her eyes at my request. The younger girl with really pretty eyes was a brat from the moment I walked in and the older Latino woman was rude. They acted like a customer being there was an inconvenience to them from the moment I walked in the store. I am giving 3 starts because they did make me the pizza I wanted and I was super appreciative but the attitude I got was unbelievable.
