Called to get details of the mediYUM pizza currently advertised online. He was rude, kept interrupting, cutting me off, wouldn’t let me complete my questions. When I kept asking the same question he accused me of harassing him and hung up. I called back just to explain, had to wait 3 min before he answered phone because they captured my ph# on original call. I calmly explained I kept asking the same question because I kept getting interrupted. He finally said he didn’t know anything about their own website or any specials on it. I thanked him and hung up. No apology, no thank you. Longtime customer but I’ve never been treated so rudely before. This location is only a half mile from my house but I’ll go to another PM and NEVER go back to this one.

No complaints, pizzas are consistently good. Only reason I go 4 stars is the one time I walked in without ordering ahead, I waited maybe longer than it needed to be to have a pizza made. They may have had a ton of phone orders, I can’t speak to that, but to me 5 stars is a perfect experience.

They’ve gone down hill. More expensive but lower quality, more chemicals, crusts burn and fall apart easier. Their cookie dough used to be the best but now tastes chemical and makes my stomach upset.

I just went to this location. Store wasn’t open at 11:00am. The guy was mopping when I arrived. Told me when I finally came in the store not responsible for injuries when I finally walked in. Asked for Family size pizza. The guy interrupted me and said that the Family size pizza wasn’t ready that I came in too early. Was not happy with the service.

We ordered a pizza fom them and the crust was paper thin. We called back and complained. The young man that took our order was rude on the phone. We drove back and waited to talk to the manager. She was more rude than the boy. She warned us this would be the last pizza we would get from them since we wanted to return it. We have been going there for 10 years. I can guarantee, that WILL be the last pizza we get from them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

My pizza was made on a ripped up crust which I didn’t notice until I got home. There was no manager in location, so no offer was made to resolve the issue. The person who answered didn’t even offer to have someone call me back. I don’t live near this location anymore, so it was totally inconvenient to go back at dinner time to get another one made. Disappointing.
