Exceptionally friendly staff. I called in an order and the man who answered was polite and quoted an accurate time to pick up my order. I was greeted when I walked in by the manager (she was nice, genuine), received my pizza after the two people in front of me (less than a couple of minutes), and thanked for my business and told to have a good evening. I honestly was not expecting this level of customer service, but was extremely pleased.

My experience at this location was very good, I ordered an online order my husband was supposed to pick up, his errands went longer then expected and the store was closing, the lovely lady closing today was great she took time out of her day before closing to let me no they were closing and my ordered was not going to be able to be picked up but she would wait a littel longer if I could come soon, she even brought it out to our car because I had my baby with me. I really appreciate her I hate that I didn’t get her name because she definitely deserves the recognition thank you very much!!!!

This is our friendly neighborhood Papa Murphy’s. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful and the food has always been great. Now, I have to add that we have had some difficulties (especially with online orders) getting the correct pizza and/or toppings with our order. We have received the wrong sauce, wrong toppings and the completely wrong pizza. My advice is to make sure you know exactly what your order is (every time this has happened my girl had placed the order for me to pickup) and check your pizza closely before you walk out the door. It’s not really fun to get home and find out you’re having “mystery” pizza for dinner. Especially if you have allergies or other reasons for avoiding certain toppings.

There is no music here, the nice lady took my order for half all meat, half pepperoni and said it would be 5-10 minutes, 30 minutes later I have a half meat, half combination pizza ordering Cesar salad here is extremely trivial like “what kind of dressing do you want for your Cesar salad?” And “do you want croutons?” For $6 just give me a complete Ceasar salad ♂️ I won’t be returning here.
