Staff are always very friendly. I ordered my pizza online and it was ready on-time. The person working today was very friendly. I prefer this location to any of the other nearby locations. I started coming to this location after the other nearby location was getting my online order wrong and seemed to be very skimpy with the toppings.

The guy that made my Pizza was super nice, polite, and fast. I really liked him. Sweet kid. Kept a smile the entire time. Parking – Pretty much non-existant, and very difficult to get in and out of!!! . The Prep area looked almost empty. Prices are high! We’ll continue making our own pizzas at home. (cheaper to make at home, and a lot more ingredients for the price)

Only giving it three stars because the food is cheap and convenient. The staff doesn’t wear hair nets also I really don’t care about the whole mask wearing thing but if you are going to wear it then wear it properly not just covering your mouth..it’s pointless to be honest. But over all the staff is nice just needs to work on protocol when it comes to the hair nets and masks.

I’ve purchased pizzas from this location many times and have never had a problem; however, my most recent visit was a nightmare. I think the entire staff is new, so that may be part of the problem. So, I was a walk-in. I did have to wait a short time to place my order – no big deal, even though they were not busy. I placed my order and the total came to 17.50. I paid with a 20 dollar bill but the cashier was unable to provide change. He called for his manager who then took the 20 next door to get change. She asked how much change I was due and he told her $2.50. When she returned, she handed me 2 dollars when she walked in the door and headed to the register to put the rest of it in the drawer. I assumed she would get the rest of my change at that point, but she had other things to deal with in that moment. I waited for her to deal with the other issues and then stepped to the counter (my pizza in hand) she looked at me and asked me what I wanted. I said the rest of my change. She looked puzzled and I told her that she still owed me 50 cents, which seemed to irritate her. For some reason, she had to ask a co-worker for their code to open the register. The coworker gave her a number that didn’t work so she asked for another coworker’s code which also didn’t work. At this point I had been in the store nearly half an hour and the person I was buying the pizza for is waiting in my car, so I told her to forget it and I left. The next day, I learned from the woman I bought the pizza for that it made her very sick.

I used to love this place but recently it has been a great disappointment. The last two times I ordered they were out of pepperoni, never called us, so when going to pick up the online order I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it. I’m also concerned about the cleanliness of the inside which gives me an uneasy feeling about the preparation of our pizza. What happened? Was there a change in management? We’ll be looking for a new place for pizza pickup.

I’m new to Fairfield but not a new Papa Murphy’s customer. I was completely disappointed in the conditions that all the pizza toppings were kept when I went inside to pick up my order. The store was dirty and the staff was all in the back having completely inappropriate conversations that I could clearly hear in the front of the store. They ran out of salads and had to refund me. They ran out of bell peppers for my pizza and when I mentioned the missing toppings the employee stated that “I was gonna call you and ask what you wanted instead but I was busy”. I’ll be looking for another location to get our pizza from in the future.

We ordered online and had a wait time of 30 mins to have it ready. By the time we got there, our pizza wasn’t made. There was no line or any customer at all. So they started making our pizza only when we got there and the lady making it took another 20 mins. She kept looking at her cheat sheet and kept walking around for I don’t know what. Then not only that, the counter is dirty. I feel like they should be dressed appropriately and have some hair Net and mask but it looks like they just got out of bed and went to work. I’m not coming back to this place ever again.

I ordered my pizza online in advance. When I got there it wasn’t made and the register guy told the staff to scrape the toppings off an unclaimed pizza that had been there for an hour. They then did so in front of me. I asked for a new pizza and was told the reused pizza was good. If they ate doing that infront of customers I shudder tk think what they are doing when people aren’t looking.

Do not order online. Do not order by phone. It only matters if you order in person according to the employees and the manager in training (because the manager quit). I ordered online but instead of filling orders as they are placed they prioritize walk ins over everything. So they never made my order then ran out of ingredients and never called to make changes. So my order was pointless.
