Went into this store today to pick up an online order. Upon arrival there were two other females in lobby waiting for their orders. A male employee came in from back and as he entered he asked another male in back to assist. The second male came from the back yelling and cursing. He used the ” n” word multiple times as well as f@##, and stated he would not help. The young male then went to the back and began throwing things. Don’t go to this store management obviously has no control, and this behavior is not acceptable in front of customers.

Tried to get a pizza door was still open went in and there is a guy behind the counter is kind of busy counting money so patiencely waited and waited 5 or 10min went by he didn’t not speak to me or even let me know there were closed he was just bragging about 74 dollars that he was over but am sure he over charged some customers and asking his coworker what they were going to do with the extra money or what they should buy. Then before I leave watched that guy pick up a bag of sausage of the floor and put it on the counter then puts his hand in the sauce while putting it away so then I left store didn’t feel like eating there pizza anymore.

By far one of the most enjoyable environments I have been to in a long time. Pizza was made with a smile and it shows. The gentleman working was absolutely a joy to be around even for the short amount of time I was there!

So, I get a call from my wife today, an employee named Ruben D, apparently, cussed her out, Because he had a note on the door that he was in the restroom, she waited a really long time ( already paid online mind you) so she called and he came out, threatened her, and cussed her out, she had to call the cops, this is unacceptable, I am livid! Expect a call to corporate office

Can’t make this up what I had to go thru with them!! They didn’t give Doordash my whole order. when Doordash called they said she didn’t even order a drink sense it was third party doordash told me they couldn’t help and papa Murphy needed to do a refund the rude guy at the store who also told them I don’t have a drink told me I was being rude I felt like I’m dealing with a insane asylum the manager wouldn’t even help me. Doordash had to call 2 more times to get them to answer the phone I’m sitting there telling them there calling u right now and he wouldn’t respond for Doordash and this computer voice he had no type of help at all. This was my first experience thru this restaurant and my very last!!!! He told me I need to drive up there and get my stuff if I wanted it I said I don’t have a car that’s why I went thru yall I waited almost a hour and had some weird guy playing on the phone not helping at all

I always return back to Papa Murphy’s for the experience. They have friendly staff workers , inside they’re very clean, organized and quick. The pizzas are made in front of you with fresh ingredients you & the kids can see, which is wrapped to take home to bake w/ love @ 425° .First timers will be a long time customer & don’t forget to sign up for Papa’s rewards. They also have cards they can stamp with each visit to receive a free surprise, plus they’re EBT Friendly!

Never seen a more miserable pizza. Why not put toppings on the other 80% of the pizza? Last time I’ll ever use this location. I tried to call and voice my displeasure and Bianca hung the phone up on me. Do not use this location. Needs a little management upgrade. I’d be worried if I was the owner.
