I had to give a review for the Fort Mohave, AZ store, and Alyssa the Asst. Manager. Ordered and paid online, went out to my car, and wouldn’t start. No other way to get there. Called in and she said no problem whatsoever, she took the order, and told me to come in another day and get the pizza free because it’s already paid for and I didn’t want to hassle a charge back. She was courteous, polite, respectful and really went the extra mile for me which I greatly appreciate! It also speaks volumes about their representing the corporate brand. I’m also writing to corporate, I so appreciate their attitude. Besides that, it’s always great pizza!

I love the double layer pizza but the last few times that I have tried to get a pizza on Tuesday when they have the sale, THEY RUN OUT OF THE DOUGH FOR THE PIZZA UNLESS YOU WANT THIN CRUST! You can’t get the double layer pizza using the thin crust……maybe try adequately preparing for this since this is becoming a REGULAR problem. Otherwise the pizza is AH-MAZING!

I really like Papa Murphy’s pizzas except for the cost of the Keto friendly pizza. No crust with 5 toppings was nearly $18.00 without a tip. It did tasted really good but I could have bought a pizza with crust and scraped off the toppings for a cheaper price. I won’t buy one again.

I have been going to the Papa Murphy’s in Fort Mohave twice a week since the day they opened their doors and today I went to the drive-up window like I do twice a week since they’ve opened their doors and I guess it was a manager who copped some attitude with me and told me that the drive-up window is for picking up only which is fine I understand that but I’ve been going there twice a week since they opened and ordering my pizza at the drive-up window and for some kid who didn’t smell that great and had way too much cologne on and some big ass attitude to tell me that I can’t do it all of a sudden is fine but he could have just taken my order and said next time don’t use the window but instead he made me drive around the building get out of my car and walk inside which is not that big a deal if I hadn’t done it through the window 100 times so as far as customer service goes not so much as far as the pizza goes I do like their Pizza very much I do think it’s the best around but I am not going back as long as that idiots there he has no idea on how to treat customers especially good customers. The last thing I need is some attitude from a manager of a pizza place when I’ve done nothing wrong

Best Pizza ever! Friendly staff Very Clean. Only thing is they don’t honor on-line offers and they didn’t have some items prepared so we were unable to get the new Spicy Pepperoni Pizza and only 5 salads at 6 p.m. very small salads too not like they use to have.
