I was so looking forward to their pizza after being gone for 6 yrs. I ordered a thick crust lrg and before I walked out the door I verified that it was a thick crust and they assured me it was. after cooking it the required amount of time it ended up being a super thin crust. I am unable to eat thin crust, I called and all she did was offer a 25% discount on my next order. I can assure you I will not be back again I was so disappointed.

Met Eric the owner in the store today. He’s the real deal.He loves what he does, and he makes an awesome pizza. Consistent quality, excellent pizza you take home and bake. I love that. We only eat Papa Murphy’s now. Fresh homemade. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the deals they text you if you sign up for them. Salads are fresh and tasty. Cinnamon Wheel dessert is crazy good as well as the cheesy bread.

I can’t believe I had to pay 21.50 for this pizza. And this is the second pizza because they made the original pizza wrong, with real cheese when I specifically asked for dairy free. You’d think since they screwed up the first one they would go above and beyond to make sure the second is good. There’s a full inch and a half of crust around the outside. You can see the bottom crust through the toppings there’s so little cheese. This is not an appetizing pizza for the price. The first one with wrong cheese looked a lot better. Very disappointed.

Pizza was made wrong. Completely forgot the chicken, and feta cheese. Only had spinach. Mgr. offered next time we get free cheese bread, or 25% off. Terrible way to solve the error. I should give service a zero.

I come here for cheap pizza. They said they no longer do Friday favs, but said they have a special 2 topping for $6.99. I ordered 3, but only wanted cheese for my 3rd. Guy at register charged for a normal cheese that came out 50¢ more than the other pizza before the discount. When I pointed it out and he admitted he made a mistake and asked for the manager to approve it, she said I didn’t order the deal because it needed to have two toppings, I suggested I’ll order the 2 toppings and just don’t put them on, but she walked away. I’d rather pay for an already cooked pizza with customer service and prices like this. I hope to one day find a fast food place that is competent.

Can’t go wrong with take and bake but, the little shorter woman manager is absolutely Satan himself. Suuuuper rude attitude and was sure to let me know she’s a big bad manager when I politely said maybe managerial duties aren’t for her since I was trying to help her employee when he was confused on how much was owed on a transaction. She was getting snotty with him and you could feel the nasty around her. Maybe, one day she’ll learn the place will run so much smoother shall she be respectful, patient, and understanding of her staff. We do papa Murphys often wherever we go whether it’s phoenix or even in another state. It’s easy and cheap while feeding friends and family. My nephew works st one in the valley. He was appalled. This is by far the worst store I’ve ever been too.
