The pizza here is really good and they put a good amount of toppings on the pizza including cheese. The prices are really good and the Tuesday special is pretty awesome. I really like the app on the phone. You can use the app to have a pizza ready when you go get it. Order it on your lunch break and pick it up on your way home. Or last minute just walk in order and use your phone number and points get saved. Everyone is always really nice here and if it’s your first time trying the pizza a good tip is to leave the pizza on your counter for at least an 60 minutes or for me 90 minutes so the dough rises. The Taco Nacho Supreme is by far the best pizza that Papa Murphys has put out, now out of season!!! What a bummer, I looked forward to this pizza especially since I have never been there first time I go staring me right in the face is a poster of this delicious pizza! Ot may be off the market now but at least I got the pleasure of trying it. Maybe you at PaPa Murphys will bring it back someday… Im sure you have others that i speak for as well…

I’ve asked for nutritional information for the low carb pizza and the manager on duty whose name is unknown would not give it directed me to the website staying he had no information. In the website there is no information. Any further request was met with irritation and eye rolling. He then said I could wait outside and walked away. Mind you it is 106 degrees outside. I said I’ll wait here he then walked away. A few minutes later while I was doing this review walked back up and told me to Google something and said he was trying to help me now and continued to be rude. Twice raised his voice and told me to wait outside. I will not be back incredibly disappointed.

worst customer service i ordered 3 pizzas and a salad on dec 26th at 1230 received email confirmation for pick up at 615pm one would think the order could be completed. when I arrived I was treated by employees who seemed disappointed to have customers. I proceeded to let them know I was there for pick up of an order…they were shocked to say the least so I retrieved my cell phone to show the email and make sure i was at the correct location. After confirming the location was correct the employee said oh sorry but never offered to have my order made. instead she stated the internet was down and that must be why my order was never received. ok, I understand that. still not once offered to make my order. Her next statement was ” well we are only accepting cash ” as if to avoid in any way having to work..Sadly disappointed in Papa Murphys Pizza. worst service ever !!!
