I’m frying pizza, and I received the best service I could ever expect. They did a great job on toppings, I can’t ask for more without contributing a little more. The crew are all very friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for more for my first time in, new in town, I can use all the help I can get. Thank you very much!

Love Papa Murphy’s. Wish they had a store in Oro Valley.

Its been a few years since we got a pizza and salad from Papa Murphy’s and know I know why. The pizza crust was the only thing on the pizza that tasted half way decent. The cheese was rubbery and very little toppings.

The last two visits to our favorite Papa Murphys were disappointing. It’s not the pizza, but rather the garden salad we always purchase with our order. They were obviously made days prior. We’ve been Papa Murphys customers for years and are sorely disappointed.

I have a hard time getting my gluten free pizza. Once they said I was coming an hour later than what I had told them. The second time, they made a medium pizza, but it wasn’t gluten free. (I didn’t notice until I was home.) Then, one night they had no gluten free crusts.

Visited store @ 4:30 PM on 5/5/20 The pizzas were great, as usual….BUT! I was surprised (while wearing my mask) to see NONE of the visible employees in the store were wearing masks. Maybe I should have asked about it or even refused to take my phoned-in order…but I paid, took the food & left. I realize my pizzas were baked at home which should kill most dangerous stuff but we still were exposed to the clear plastic covering or receipt, etc. Retail food prep workers not wearing masks doesn’t seem safe for them or for me. What gives??

I will start by saying this is the first time I have been to a Papa Murphy’s. I have never tried it, but had always wanted to. Tonight was the night. I arrived at this location and there was one customer finishing getting their pizza. I was with my wife and 2 young children. We walked in and were not greeted at all. Ok, not a big deal. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Both my wife and I stood there, looking up at the menu for about 2-3 minutes with NOTHING said to us at all. In fact, the 2 employees were chatting about making salsa or something while we stood there very awkwardly. I made eye contact with both employees and they both said nothing at all to us. This is unacceptable. We left.
