Ordered two pizzas through their app only received one, it was delivered by a third party. My brother accepted the order not knowing how many I ordered, after I came on and noticed what was delivered I called the restaurant. The gal on the phone did not care at all to make things right and take responsibility, simply said there’s nothing she can do and to contact corporate. Money was charged, order was not fulfilled company doesnt care. I’m done with papa murphys. Yes, because of this incident, what happened to customer service, hiring process, accountability?

Yeah, I won’t support restaurants that take EBT anymore, it’s like for those who REALLY NEED HELP, with essentials ……… I mean there’s sometimes I can’t afford to go get a nice Papa Murphys pizza, yet my tax dollars allows someone else on EBT to get one. Not cool. Something needs to be done about this

Food is amazing but every time I go in the staff are rude, especially if you correct them messing up your order. I get stressful days but it was noon and I was the only one in the store.

Taco Grande Pizza is superb. I get it with extra Bean Salsa Sauce. Yummy! Then at home I put shredded lettuce and sourcream on it.

We love Papa Murphy’s. It tastes amazing and it’s super convenient. We tried the Cinnamon wheel for the first time, absolutely LOVED it. Was like a cinnamon roll!! Had it for dessert and breakfast!!! Absolutely a joy to get pizza from Papa Murphy’s!

Have been going here for a couple years as our go to for fresh pizza. Way better than other pizza chains, and they accept EBT. They have competitive prices and occasional decent deals. This location is usually pretty quiet and they provide quick and quality customer service.

Had a bad experience once but decided to change my review cause it has been ok since. Not great customer service but food is really good. Of course you bake it yourself at home but still good!!

I really like the pizza here but today I received not so great customer service. I didn’t receive half my order through their delivery service and the supervisor on shift wouldn’t or couldn’t help me with it. All I kept asking for is help and I got none. Even was told they wouldn’t refund the missing items from my order but I could pick them up. Ok I paid 15.00 for delivery and tip because I don’t have transportation and I was told nothing they could do. Smh Ok, so I’m doing the only thing I can. Leave a review! Good food but manager on shift should be able to help customers with legit issues like this. Just sayin’.
