Food was good as always, but it was wrong. If they are going to offer Keto pizza, someone needs to explain what that means to the kids who work there. Ordered over the phone, my husband went to pick it up and they had made a gluten free (not the same thing) and then verified with him that he was picking up a Keto and still rang it up as a gluten free. There were five other people in the lobby waiting for their orders to be re-made so he just brought it home and I ate the toppings. Some people can’t do that though.

Ordered online 2 hrs before pick up. Got to the store after they charged me already, there was no pizza I had ordered hrs before, after waing over 15 minutes in the store they still couldn’t make my order however still charged me. We never got our order I ended up leaving. There is no reason why they charged me and still no pizza. I won’t do that again.

Bought pizza for my husband’s birthday since it’s his favorite food, but I can’t eat the crust. I was super excited to see they had crustless pizzas. This was so good. Tasted amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful when one of my pizza orders didn’t get printed off. They fixed it quickly and I was on my way. This location is great.

We have frequented here several times and we always have a good experience. Service is fast and we have always encountered friendly employees. The Gourmet Vegetarian is our favorite. All of the ingredients are super fresh and we love the artichoke hearts. My family also enjoys the stuffed pizzas. We also love that they started including how to bake the pizzas on a grill. This is such a great option so that you don’t have to heat up the house during the summer. Thanks for the great pizza every time we come.

Do yourself a favor and go to the SF location. Papa Murphy’s is by far the best pizza place! However the service at this location is the complete opposite of the pizza! We go to pick up an online order (my wife didn’t know what we got) so she asked the guy if that was it. He said yes she got home and realized that wasn’t all we ordered. So she drove back 15 minutes to get the rest. To find out “we don’t have the stuff for that” so we compromise and take something else (less expensive than what we paid for) for him to end it with “you can’t do this next time you come here” like bro it’s your fault. Do you think we enjoy driving 30 minutes to get what you told us we had?!? Work on your customer service please and thank you.

I definitely recommend the chicken bacon artichoke. The service was so fast! I had three people ahead of me and they got my pizza out to me so quickly. The people who were working were so friendly as well.

This place is ridiculous. My husband went in about 20 minutes before closing and they told him they don’t accept cash. That is completely illegal. They also acted SO bothered that he came in. This location is garbage. We’ll happily drive to another town to not support this place. Yikes.
