The order was timed appropriately in getting the items ready except for the cheese bread. The reason for the low rating was because I needed to get a printed receipt. The person running the checkout line continued to blatantly refuse to print a receipt for me after I asked several times. They did not get a tip. If I have to argue to get a printed receipt then I will not support papa Murphy’s.

Papa Murphy’s is my Cheers experience. They know me by name when I walk in the door. They are warm and welcoming. Jennifer and her fellow managers are great at leading the team. You can tell they all enjoy working with each other. Plus they are more than happy to fix any mistakes they might make. It’s a very popular place, so bloopers are bound to happen once in a while. I look forward to seeing them every week! Great job everyone! 🙂

I am fuming. I ordered a pizza online and came at the appropriate time to slide in a pick it up. I STOOD IN THE STORE FOR 20 MINUTES to get my pizza because no one knew where any order was and the teenage girls working kept trailing after each other taking their time slowly looking around for missing orders. In the time I was in there this happened to 2 other people as well, coming in for their orders and having to wait <15 minutes while they made them because somehow pizzas were lost or not made. WALK INS GOT THEIR PIZZA BEFORE ME. Beware when ordering from this store, this isnt the first time I have had to wait extra time.

I visit this location often, it’s close to home and I prefer PM’s pizza over other chain pizza places. I’m bummed though because the terrible customer service and lack of organization seems to be getting more consistent. The employees are obviously newbies to the service industry, but I get it…we all start somewhere!

We just ordered pizza from Papa Murphy’s online and when we arrived to pick up our order the store was locked and the lights were off @ 8:45 pm when they don’t close until 9:00 pm. When we got someone to open the door they claimed they hadn’t received the order but then found the ticket on the counter. The pizza’s hadn’t been made and the service was terrible. The point of ordering online is to have it ready when we arrive. I am very disappointed with Papa Murphy’s.

I get that on a Tuesday it’s busy. But when you call in an order and am told it would be 30 min, you expect to walk in and pick up the pizza 30 min later. Instead I paid for a pizza and waited even longer for a pizza that was still not being made. When they’re are seven people working you would think there would be some order, but instead the guys were to busy chit chatting, it’s a wonder they got anything done or correct! Won’t be going back to this location.

Papa Murphy’s Pizza on Apple street serves up what you’d expect from a take and bake pizza shop. The chain is fairly large with over 1500 location across the US. Consistency is what you’d expect and usually what you get. There are several preconfigured styles of pizza to choose from and as always you can customize it build your own. This location is clean and the staff is generally helpful. This location supports call ahead ordering as well as online.

Absolutely inexcusable customer service. Ordered the text daily special on the phone. Drove 15 mins to pick it up – they said they do not make what I ordered anymore. I asked why they didn’t call me. They claimed they did. I confirmed my number, correct. No voicemail or missed call, my phone working fine.
