Alright I barely write reviews but this warranted some feedback. I place an order at 8:17pm website says it will be done by 8:50pm I show up at 8:55 and the store is “closed” with the lights on and staff visible in the store, but a locked door. I apologize for the late order. Really, sorry. But get it together.

This place has turned into a joke! 3 weeks ago I showed up to pick up a pizza that was ordered online and they acted like they new nothing about it. It happened to another lady that showed up at the same time as me. Figured I’d give them a pass on that one. BUT today I ordered almost 3 hours in advance to give them plenty of time. Once again they still had not made them when we went to pick up! This place needs more help and/or a new manager!!

I’m aware of placing ur orders online or calling it in. But, last I checked you can just Walk in and place ur order too. I was in no hurry so I sat. The guy making my pizza seemed very annoyed. When he handed the pizza to me he told me I should order online or call in next time. But, not in a polite way. After looking at all these reviews why would I order online or call in a order when it doesn’t seem like those orders are getting done on time anyways.

Usually the pizzas are pretty good but this time around I was a little disappointed. The pizza I ordered did not have extra Canadian Bacon. I paid for it, but I know I didn’t get it. The flavor was off. It didn’t taste the same. The Keto pizzas are a joke! The price is way too expensive for what you get. I will never buy another keto pizza here. I can make a keto pizza for 1/4 of the price and it will taste better.

I ordered 2 calzones. One was ok, the other literally had nothing in it. It was just dough with no ingredients. I’m not sure how you don’t notice you haven’t put any ingredients in your calzone, but it happened.

Ordered a large cheese pizza and a cowboy crustless keto friendly pizza on April 1. This order Was done by phone. When we arrived to pick up our pizza, they could not find our order. My wife again ordered our pizzas at papa murphy’s and when they were handed to her the orders were incorrect. I am giving three stars instead of two stars because it looked like the pizza place was understaffed for the amount of orders that were coming in. You could tell that the workers were frustrated by the amount of orders.

Used to be my preferred location but the past few times have not been good experiences. Last time I ordered pan crust and they gave me a stuffed pizza. This time I got my pan crust but it doesn’t reach around the pan. Theres a good gap between the pizza and the pan. They bumped their prices and now we’re not getting a full sized pie.
