Went in last night to grab a few pizzas for dinner. I was informed when I walked in at 7:45pm they wouldn’t be able to take my order because they were closing soon. I’ve been in a few times before this experience and have never been impressed. They’ve had their music absolutely blaring a few times to the point where you couldn’t hear yourself think. Terribly managed Papa Murphy’s location.

The star location has amazing customer service and a great friendly staff. They sat and joked with us in there drive-thru for about 15 minutes before we had to take off. Over all loved the attitude and personality of all there employees. Will definitely be coming to this location again

I love papa murphys and go numerous times per week. My 8 year old always gets the mini murph. I frequent apple st, ten mile, state st and star locations- mostly star. So it’s a bummer that since they opened I’ve noticed that the quality and quantity of ingredients for my son’s mini murph is always far less at the star location than at any other locale. Also, it costs a dollar more (6 bucks instead of 5) than at the other locations. And then tonight when I went in I noticed that on the menu board it says mini murph is 5 dollars……hence why I’m writing this review. I’ll still attend th star location, but only because I live in star and would rather not drive out of my way to another location……but anytime I can swing into another location without having to go to the star location, I will and have been.

I’ve eaten at Papa Murphy’s for years. I tried the new location as a new resident in Star Idaho, this is the worst Papa Murphy’s I’ve eaten at. We had the Chicago style stuff crust with pepperoni and salami, the only taste to it was the onions. We also ordered the hog wild, again absolutely no flavor. There are 5 of us in the house, all like different flavors of all kinds of food, none of us could taste anything but onion in the stuff crust, nothing on the hog wild. The only thing is thank hiddenvally ranch SD you gave us a flavor. Very disappointed!
