Has gone down hill bad. Employees are careless, unresponsive and dont read orders. Pizza toppings are skimpy at best. You pay for extra cheese? They give you normal then tell you it’s extra. You request no black olives? They put them on then mumble “niceties” about you while they unapologetically make your pizza again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They have a sign up saying other pizza is on sale for a certain price. I asked the girl working to honor the price And she tells me that she cannot do that. I explain to her that if you have the sign up you should honor it as part of good customer service and she refused to do so so I told her I would talk to the manager the next day which is today and I called him and explained it to him and he said the sign is no longer up. Explain to him that I have a picture of the sign and what happened yesterday and Asked if he would please honor the price and he said no because the signs are longer up. Horrible customer service and horrible management maybe they need to get somebody a little older than I was the ins and outs about taking care of the public.

This is the worst papa murphys branch we have used. We’ve consistently gotten pizza with hardly any toppings on it. I ordered a chicken garlic pizza and there are only 4 pieces of pizza out of a family size pizza with chicken on them. Very disappointing. The branch in kuna is far better. I won’t buy pizza here again.

Ordered online and picked up in store. The employees were very nice and the store was clean. I’m sure the order was on time but I wouldn’t know because I was late picking it up. Pizzas were delicious and looked stellar. Highly recommend this location!

I have visited this location at least 20 times. It is usually on point, the last visit was not good however. The order was 45 minutes late and once I got home I realized 2 of the 3 pizzas I ordered were wrong. Again this was one time and they were very busy so it’s still 4 stars for me.
