I tried to call several times and finally someone answered and said we werent taking phone orders, need to order online or come in and hung up. I had a question on ordering online and their special. I went in to order and they were out of this and that, and I said what do you have, she said its over there in the pans. I said so what do you get on a vegie pizza if you dont have vegies? She said there were plenty. I reluctantly orderd. The supreme I ordered didnt have squat on it, the vegie pizzas were ok. Wouldnt go there again. When I picked them up she told me I was disrespectful, asking what they did have I guess. Whatever, the pizza sucked, we ate a piece of each and threw them away. I see why they are closining all the locations. None left where I lived.

I’ve always loved Papa Murphy’s however in the last year the service has deteriorated. The employees are still friendly the food is still good the service is just slow. This could be due to them being unable to find reliable employees… I suggest that you still use papa murphys just place your order a little earlier!

On December 31, 2021 we passed in front of this pizza shop and we talked among all our friends, tomorrow, January 1, we will eat pizzas , we go to this pizza shop and we buy two pizzas but from what they offer you to reality is a great difference, thinking that they do not have to bake the pizza they had to respect the recipe and prepare the pizza identical to what they offer you in the images of the store since they are saving a lot of money in baking but the reality is very different, I Personally, I never buy pizza in this place again, I think there are better options in the area and the taste is nothing special. They put very little cheese on the top, they will finish the cheese if they put the correct portion to respect the creator’s recipe, or they prefer to have fewer customers, They didn’t have mushrooms either but they still charge you for it like the original recipe

02/04/2023. Went in 40 minutes before closing. Staff acted put out with a bad attitude. We got what was basically what they wanted to make because they were already putting up toppings. We are out of state tourists ready to spend money in Pagosa Springs but customer service was non-existent here. I understand businesses are understaffed but if you don’t like your job go elsewhere and leave your attitude at home please. We loved our visit and will not let this experience taint our vacation.

Oh my WORD People! They aren’t kidding when the sign says, “Help Wanted”. They wouldn’t answer their phone. It took 20 minutes inside to place the order. Then when we went back to pick it up it still isn’t ready. So we still haven’t got our pizza People!!! It’s been like an hour! We are still waiting for it. So we finally got our pizza! In total it took 1 hour.

Every time I have ordered from and picked up my order, the female staff is incredibly rude. There’s always at least one thing wrong with the pizza I ordered because they have attitude and trouble listening to what I’m ordering. I’ve had several encounters like this and I’ve kept track of the workers that I have and have not had problems with. Analiz, Jennica, and Julie are three employee’s I will never again have make a pizza for me let alone order one from them again. I’ve complained numerous times to the boss and nothing has ever been done. There are very few male employees but they seem to be very hardworking men and make me feel very welcome, as well as the other females that work there. Change needs to be done here…
