Ordered using mobile app, said would be ready 33 minutes. Arrived and got my food 45 minutes later. Food is always good but 45 minutes to make an uncooked pizza? They disregarded the online order and took the in store ones first. What’s the point of a time frame if you are just going to get to it when you feel like it. Pizzas were poorly wrapped and topping were everywhere. Need a better manager and think this place can turn it around. Don’t look under cabinets.

I must say that I have quit going to Papa Murphys and this location for several reasons. I’ve always loved their stuffed Chicago style pizza. I also like the Big Murphy but cannot do the black olives. I’m DEATHLY allergic to olives and have made this VERY CLEAR. I somehow seem to get a pizza with olives when I ask for NONE. On several occasions I’ve gotten my pizza home to find out the put olives and then just picked them off. I cook the pizza and become very sick instantly.

Placed an order at 1 p.m. today for two 2 topping pizzas to be picked up at 5 p.m.. I arrived almost 10 minutes late and they hadn’t even started making my order. The ladies on shift could care less ,and offered no apology. Shout out to the Cheyenne mountain boulevard location who had my order ready to go when I showed up 15 minutes into my 30 minute estimated pickup time though.

I called to order a pizza for pickup 38 times between 6:13 an 7:20 just over an hour. I had to stop working and go to the store and order in person and wait till 7:49 when I finally got my order. While I was waiting the phone didn’t ring even when I called while there until 7:30. I observed 7 employees, 2 busy cleaning and closing the back line, 1-3 in the back making noise like messing around, 1 making pizza and 1 bouncing between the register and making pizza.

Their P.O.S system went down when I was there and couldn’t get my reward points. Not sure if the ladies working there were tired but I had no clue what they were doing as I waited, since all they said was its going to take a minute.
