My husband ordered pizzas to go, and mine needed to be gluten-free because of gluten sensitivity. When he asked if she could simply change her gloves, she offered to put the ingredients on my pizza fresh out of the bag to avoid cross-contamination! Honestly, this is one of the very few times someone actually realizes what a gluten-free diet requires. It is truly appreciated. Thank you ❤️

I place orders online for the convenience of just showing up and grabbing my pizzas. I haven’t wrote a review, giving them the benefit of doubt, but this has been one of the countless times they get my order wrong. I ask for simple customizations on my pizzas and each time it’s ignored. They rarely have root beer too, which is the selection I make online. Also I can’t stand that when ordering online a 15% tip is added to my total and I have to remove it. What am I tipping for? I pick up and cook my own pizza and you want a tip? For what? Getting my order wrong every time on top of it? I really enjoy Papa Murphy’s pizza, but truly wish there was better management and that they could get my pizzas right.

4th Online order in a row that has not been correct. Every time we have ordered from this location. They have substituted the original crust we ordered for a thin crust. I understand they are busy, but if you constantly run out of original prepared crusts, maybe you should prepare more earlier in the day rather than just make unwanted substitutions.

Poor customer service. Walked in and hadn’t been here before so we stood waiting for our order to be taken and watched them make like 10 pizzas and no one helped us or guided us. I finally asked if they were going to help us soon or if they had too many pizzas to make. One lady said “kind of”. Then another lady jumped in and said oh! You need your order taken? I’m sorry I did not know you needed your order taken.

I placed an order for pick up. Upon arrival I was told the cheese bread I ordered couldn’t be made and to take a different bread from the cooler. I was also given the wrong size pizza from what I ordered. Their payment system wasn’t working and I was told I needed to use a different payment method, which I did not have. The whole time the cashier was half helping me due to ordering her own DoorDash meal and checking Snapchat. Thankfully someone else stepped in to help get the payment issue resolved.
