Placed an order for pickup online to be paid for at pickup. $40 and some change. Once there, went to pay with a $50 and told they don’t accept any bills over $20. On a $40 order. I can see if it was a $100, but I’ve literally had near $100 orders and never been told they don’t take larger bills. Well they got to waste the already made pizzas and we went to another location and had zero problems. Won’t be going back to this location.

A male employee at this location is very rude to me every time even though I am very polite and just trying to ask about there stores coupons. He makes me feel belittled and nervous to go back as I already have social anxiety.

Just picked up my order and the guy at the register had the worst customer service attitude. He shouldn’t work in the food industry with the public. The lady whom made my order however was very nice. We spend a lot of money here to have awkward experiences for take out. Our order was wrong as well.

Showed up at 730m to pick up an order, they close at 8pm but when I showed up the doors were locked and lights were off. Called the next morning to get a refund and the guy said he has the tickets from last night and he’ll issue a refund but he didn’t ask for which order it was, or verify any information to ensure it would be refunded. He couldn’t verify my phone number either because I called from a different phone number compared to the number on the order. Terrible customer service.

Very poor service. Pizza hap hazardly thrown together. No label or instructions on baking pizza. When asked, the manager replied it wasn’t her issue. No cooking steps. No label to say leave small cardboard on, until baked. On pass visits, had no issues.
