Walked in at 7:38pm on a Friday night and was told I could not get a pizza made because they start closing at 7:30pm The open sign is on and the door says they close at 8pm. Don’t bother coming to this location, they can’t be bothered to make a pizza past 7:30.

Our family loves Papa Murphy’s! Being able to customize and bake at home are what makes PM so great but this location is awesome! I order from here often and I made a mistake on my last online order and didn’t realize it till I went in to pick up. The restaurant was slammed but the manager didn’t hesitate to fix my order and did so with a smile. The customer service is top notch and this last experience just makes it even more so!

Today my misson was to get gas then pick up pizza. Then I locked my keys in my car. The young man at Papa Murphy’s was SO nice‼️‼️ This was Friday the 3rd at 5:00. Don’t know his name but he gave me his phone, helped me keep in touch with my grand son. Oh So nice to have someone treat me with respect even though I’d locked my keys in my car. If I could give the store 0 stars I would. Came in today (was the only person in the store) and was told by the OWNER of this store that it would take 45 minutes to get ONE pizza made because they had to take care of their online orders first. My first job was at Papa Murphys and idk if my owner was just better at their job or what, but we never had anyone wait more than 5 minutes for a TAKE and BAKE pizza. I could get a pizza delivered and already baked in a 45 minute time frame. Imagine going into a restaurant that was empty and the owner told you they can’t serve you until their online orders are taken care of…. really think about that for a second. You’d never go back to that place, just like I will never go back to this place. And If I find out the owner owns both stores in castle rock, I’ll gladly drive 20+ minutes out of my way to not spend my money there.

We made a large online order a few weeks ago on a busy Saturday night. We showed up 20 minutes later to find Michael and Jason working away on our pizzas. They apologized for the short wait, which was crazy because we hadn’t even given them much time to complete the order! Both guys were professional, friendly and hard working! Made sure we knew how to properly bake the pizzas, answered a few questions I had about the pizzas, and even helped us with a coupon I wanted to use. I asked for their names because it’s not that often that I encounter such professionalism and friendliness. I would certainly return to this location in the future knowing that these are the kind of employees they have on hand. This is hard to find anymore! I don’t write a lot of reviews. These guys deserve to be recognized.

I had pizza tours at our new outpatient facility in Castle Rock every Tuesday and Thursday for the whole month of October and the two individuals that helped me place my orders a day in advance, have my pizza’s ready to go for me when I walked in, assisted me to my car with all the pizzas, had exceptional customer service were both Bianca and Matt! I enjoyed working with them the entire month. They knew who I was when I called and when I walked in . I highly recommend this specific location for the nights/days where you just want to throw a pizza in the oven – these two will take good care of you! A special thank you goes out to Bianca and Matt for all you did for me and Touchstone Imaging Castle Rock this month. Our pizza tours were very successful and I couldn’t have done it without you! Happy holidays and I will keep you in mind for any of my future promos!

There was 1 boy wearing a hat but other 5 employees had no hair restraint at all, observed one making pizza without gloves. If this what they do in front of their customers don’t want to think about what I didn’t see. Won’t be back.
