Extremely Slow! The pizza is good, but this place has the nerve to ask you if you would like to tip when they have no ability to have your order ready in a timely manner. I got my order confirmation at 6:18 and was informed my pizza would be ready by 6:51. They didn’t have it ready until almost a half hour later. Thank God you guys don’t hafta cook the pies or you’d go out of business. Where’s the GM in all this!?

Great pizza. But every time I order online, drive to pick up the pizza, and take it home to cook it myself, I AM ASKED TO TIP. Like please raise your prices if you can’t pay your employees but asking for a tip every time is just disrespect and Gen Z will not be guilt tripped to tip for what should be better pay.

Last Tuesday I visited this store and ordered gluten-free medium garlic chicken. I’ve been going to Papa Murphy’s for years and I know it’s not included in the $10 Tuesday deal, but I’ve never paid more than $12. This day I go in and order as I always do and the charge was $21, are you kidding me for a medium pizza? If this is the case I will not shop at Papa Murphy’s again.

Online only coupon valid Dec. 28th-Jan 2nd but when I enter the coupon code it says “NOT VALID”. It’s Jan. 2nd now. I stopped eating Papa Murphy’s 5 years ago because the service was so poor; guess I’ll continue NOT eating their pizza.

The food is great. They do need to learn how to use their online system. I ordered a pizza for the evening in the morning online. When I got there to pick it up they hadn’t started the pizzas because they didn’t know how to take online orders. They offered to make them quickly except now they were out of the original family crust I had ordered. So I settled for family thin crust. The employees made amends by giving me free cookie dough.

This Papa Murphy’s location was clean and neat. The staff was quick and friendly. If you are unfamiliar with Papa Murphy’s be sure to speak with your cashier and ask for baking directions. I’ve been to other stores that don’t tell you upfront or outright that you can bake it directly on the sheet it comes on and the packaging doesn’t state it either (as of this review)…..2 years….. 2 years I have been fighting to get this deliciously floppy uncooked monster of a pizza from one tray to another. Don’t be like me kids….ask the nice people first.

This location provides fantastic staff members who greet you with a smile and make your pizza fresh in front of you. Yes, they actually wash their hands and yes they actually wear gloves and don’t touch all kinds of stuff in-between prep (like they have actually been trained in handling raw products) Join their reward program and earn free cookie dough or save points for other freebies or discounts.
