Ordered a Taco pizza ahead of time, followed the instructions but pizza was still doughy in the center. By the time the crust was fully cooked all toppings were burnt. Disgusting. Called for a refund (obviously old dough and premade too early), met with a rude employee who told me to escalate to the store manager, not their problem. Wish there was a 0 star rating for service specifically, I’d still rate the inedible pizza 1 star for trying to rise up.

We are Papa Murphy regulars but this was our first time at this location. Received the most sorry excuse for a pizza I have ever seen. We requested extra of some of these toppings and this is the most bare pizza I have ever received… I would hate to know what a “regular” amount of toppings looks like. The kids working there were sweet and did a good job preparing the pizza. But when it was all said and done the pizza just tasted like another fast food pizza place, only you had to cook it yourself. I think ordering delivery would have been just as good and cost about the same.

Not only is Papa Murphy’s make great fresh pizza, but the employees are super friendly and fast! Sarah in particular is an amazing manager who always will remember my name and regular order. The employees are always joking around and making it a fun atmosphere, while careful to get my pizza done correctly and quickly no matter how busy it may get. I highly recommend Papa Murphy’s at 620 and O’Conner!
