My husband arrived 45 mins before they closed today for a takeout pizza. Whoever the gentleman that was working May 21, 2023 was extremely rude. He had already started putting all of the food away before my husband even walked in so his attitude once the order was made was insulting. So much so that my husband made sure to watch every step so he didn’t deliberately screw it up or skip a step or worse. If I were the owners I would want to know how my employees are treating my customers.

This is only the second time to order from this location. Both times I had to wait 20 minutes because they were training staff and call in orders took priority. Interesting that they didn’t make the pizza until customers came to pick up. The pizza was missing ingredients and no instructions. Called to ask for baking instructions but no answer even though I called 4 times. Finally found instructions online. The pizza is great but I won’t be tipping in the future because the service has been lacking.
