I have heard of Papa Murphy’s for years, but never tried them. What an experience! Just drove up to the drive-through, put in my order, and less than 20 minutes later had my order for four pizzas AND a chef salad!

My girlfriend walked in at 8:38pm and the guy behind the counter said it was too late to make a pizza. He said he only takes online orders after 8:50. He was extraordinarily rude and kept repeating about not taking any orders after 8:50. I work in a restaurant that serves right up till close (sometimes after) and he didn’t seem to understand it was more than 20 minutes until 9:00. She called another papa Murphy’s to confirm this is the policy. The gentleman at the store we called was very nice and assured her that every person that walks in that store before the closing time is to be served food. I feel like the owner wouldn’t appreciate losing a sale that could have potentially turned a profit for that last, slow hour. It’s a shame, because we have always enjoyed Papa Murphy’s.

Very friendly staff and very good pizza. We ordered a Meat and Supreme pizza and they were both loaded with tons of toppings. I love their sauce and they put a great amount on the pizza. The people working are super friendly, I will visit again because they are so welcome to customers and interact with them. I recommend trying this if you never have. Be aware you have to cook yourself though 🙂 *I added red peppers*

Umm. 2nd time here, the guy at this time, it might be due to because he was alone and he looked like he was packed with orders. He really tried to fake good customer service, but u could tell he was like done, I was trying to be genuinely nice as can be for I can feel his negative aura. Not sure why I would be over charged for a family sized pizza (stuffed with only pepperoni and was charged 22.00 when a different pizza that is stuffed with 5 toppings would be only 18.00 bucks but took the pizza home and cook it to the notes of temp and time given and the pizza balloons up in the center like a top hat. Don’t even think they would care but for a family size stuff pizza says is 18 bucks and what I got was a single toppings of pepperoni to be charged 22 bucks is kinda high for what happened to the pizza in the oven.

It was my sons first time here so it took him a minute to look but we felt so rushed by the employee. Nobody was in here so we didn’t really come out with what he wanted. Whoever was working here on Saturday May 13, 2023 around 2:30 pm at the register, next time don’t make people feel uncomfortable or you seem irritated because we needed a minute. Shame because the food was good but I base my expectations on customer service ranked as high as the food and it wasn’t it

Super happy with my experience with Papa Murphy’s pizza! Very friendly and pleasant employees. Wonderful atmosphere positive and encouraging music playing. The employees were super friendly made you feel very comfortable when waiting for your pizza. They were also very helpful with helping me find what I wanted.
