I am a big fan of Papa Murphy’s, however, this location has me disappointed! They are not representing the brand, very well, by having a messy store with employees who are not very professional. When I asked the gentleman, who was taking my order, a question – he flat ignored me and just stared!!! Halfway through the order, they let me know that they were out of a main ingredient and asked us to choose another topping. Yes, they offered another topping… The issue is that it’s not the same and we would’ve ordered something completely different if they would’ve told us before hand. The store was a mess and they were just standing around when we walked in. I talked with corporate before I posted this, because I didn’t want to post something negative because I love Papa Murphy’s, and they told me they’d let the store know. That was 3 days ago and I’ve heard nothing back. I gave 2 stars because the pizza wasn’t bad. I would’ve given a better review, and may even change it, if the store owner/manager would get back to me! ♂️

I love Papa Murphy’s! I just like being able to save money and cook my own pizza at home! It’s nice, fresh, and hot at dinner time and tastes great! Their cookie dough and cheesy bread sticks are wonderful as well!! Try it! I think you’ll agree!

They had alot of customers waiting! My order as well as the gentleman that came in behind me had call in orders which was another 13 minutes wait time. I didn’t mind waiting but the people that were ahead and behind me seem they couldn’t wait they were upset. Also the workers seem to be busy with their own affairs and personal family and friends that came in, which slowed the process of making pizzas and getting customer’s out the door.I will still get pizzas as I really like Papa Murphy’s. Papa Murphy’s gotta do better!!

Usually, our pizza is done very well. Tonight, $10 night, I came in & there was 1 young girl making all the pizzas. Then a 2 nd member came out. He announced they were out of tomatoes, family size & then announced they were out of mushrooms. I asked who orders their supplies & the young man said the general manager but they did not do well on their prep. This is is ridiculous. I have waited 40 minutes so far & still waiting. I was not offered any type of refund for the lesser items. I also saw the manager leave the store in this condition.

First the guy does not know how to use his register then he finally finds it and rings me up and gives me change and then he tells me oh no I owe an extra seven dollars. And then he figures that no I don’t owe an extra seven dollars I he wants an extra three dollars and something which was what the change was that he gave me and then oh no I don’t really owe that. I have no idea if their pizzas in a good or not I left it there on the floor since I paid for it. but since they obviously don’t know what they are doing I didn’t want to know if it was any good or not I will never go back first and last time. The guy that had only been there a day was more helpful.

I was told a price by a worker foe 26 buck’s then my wife got charged 43 buck’s!!!! The owner Chad informed me that was the price…. I tried to explain thats what I was told. He informed me that they were wrong and he wouldn’t discount it. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!! If the owner will not help fix the problem then there is no reason for more business.

The chicken bacon garlic sauce pizza we ordered was delicious. The original crust was spongy, not too crispy, and had large chunks of chicken. It was prepped in just a couple minutes in the store and was convenient to take home and bake. Will go again.
