We get a pizza just about every Tuesday evening.The price is great and the pizza is always perfect. We get a thin crust and it is always nice and crunchy and they put the perfect amount of toppings. We always get a cinnamon wheel as well which is perfect for desert. Everyone that works there is extremely nice, especially then manager. She always reads me my order without me saying a word. There are times I have went out later in the week to try other products that she mentions they have. The store is always very clean and bright. I will definitely keep going back.

Every so often I have to get my Papa Murphy’s fix and it was really good. Only took about 12-13 minutes to cook each pizza. The cheese sticks are a great starter and the cinnamon wheel is a must have for a dessert.

The last three times I’ve been at this place they have messed up my order. I called them to let them know my order was messed up. I was really polite and told them my pizza didnt even have sauce on it. He instantly yelled at me and hung up. This happened the last time they meesed up my pizza. I was there the last time and the guy was yelling at me in the lobby to just accept their mistake. He can not admit when he messes up and makes you pay for his mistakes. The pizza is already expensive as is then you have have to deal with a dysfunctional crew. Fyi while my dad was there picking up the pizza an elderly gentlemen was there saying he didn’t get one of his pizzas and the same guy was yelling at him. He left without getting his pizza. This was my dads first time eating there and after seeing what the elderly man went throuh and the disrespect I got. He said he’ll never order from there. Great first impression guys.

Will not give extra ranch dressing for salad. Would not even let us buy it. RESPONSE: I emailed you on 3/9 and never got a response “We live by Zona Rosa and our papa murphy’s is always a different experience (staff and food) than your store. Maybe they give too much as extra salad dressing is free from them. We ordered five salads and gave one extra packet for the whole bunch and when asked to buy more, we were told no. We even left a $10 tip when we ordered. I hate leaving negative reviews in Leavenworth because I own property there and want businesses to thrive but my several experiences with your store warranted that one. I understand finding good staff is hard but every time it’s something with your store. Never once had a problem with the Zona store.”

We ordered online more than an hour before pickup. We arrived 15 minutes late and the order wasnt ready at all. While waiting for them to make our order, three customers came in. They stopped working on our order to take their orders and made them all before fulfilling ours. Very unfortunate because we like the food but wont be going here because of their customer service.
