I have ordered here a few times and had good service. I always get the same 2 kinds of pizza. Cowboy and a Hawaiian with Pepperoni and pink sauce. I always have it on original crust but got both of them on thin crust. We don’t eat thin crust.

Just had to give a shout out to the Papa Murphys location on Madison. Everyone working was over the top nice! Made small talk while we waited on our order, suggested other items (which resulted in a second purchase) and were all very pleasant. Will definitely be back, thank you!

It’s my favorite around. The chicago stuffed is by far the best around. I’m a once a week visitor. I call, I order, by the time I get there it’s ready Everytime. Great customer service to. Could be a little cheaper though. The prices are a little high but you do get what you pay for though, 1 pizza feeds my family where as I go anywhere else, I need to get 2 pizzas so I guess the price is comparable

Not my cup of tea. This is more of a complaint about the set up not the customer service. That was fine. The lady at the store was nice. Just seems like its a bit of a hassle just for pizza I have to bake at home. I would have given it 2 stars but not fair to the store since its just the concept is not appealing to me. Glad everyone else may enjoy it but do not plan on coming back.

I don’t usually do reviews of chain restaurants, but I have to brag on the great customer service we received at this location. My husband and I called in an order at this location for pick up. We were ignorant as to when they closed and arrived just after they had closed for the evening. We were told that the cash register had been emptied and sent us on our way. Minutes later, we received a call from a lady at this same location saying they indeed had our pizza and apologized for sending us away. When we returned, they gave us the 1 pizza we ordered, PLUS cheesy bread, a tub of cookie dough, and coupons all ON THE HOUSE. The gal (I wish I knew her name) was so gracious and generous. Even though they sent us away the first time, it was our mistake that we didn’t check the closing time and they were still so generous to us. Thank you, guys! We’ll pay attention to closing time next time!

Can’t beat the quality and portions of Papa M’s. Got a LG pizza, cheese bread & a large salad on special. Store was clean and accessible from Madison or the side street with traffic light. Called ahead, and staff were very helpful in taking my order and reviewing options. Inside is an assembly counter like Subway’s, where you can watch it get made. Got home, and baked the pizza in less than 15 minutes. Now me & my teenage son are stuffed & have at least as much left as we ate. I’d like it at 5* if the taste was better than some other chains, I think it’s the sauce but then again most of them use too much sauce anyway.

I went in and bought 3 pizzas. Two of the pizzas were really good. The 1 pizza was horrible!! It was the new cowboy pizza. When I ordered it the offered me a thin crust for 9 bucks, well I wish I had not gotten it. We baked it for 26 minutes checking often and the crust never sat up. We tasted it and it was horrible! I called and told a young girl about it and I asked her if we could have it replaced. She said she would call the manager to call back in 5 minutes I called her back and she said she couldn’t get ahold of the manager and was not able to replace it until she recieved the manager approval. If something looks and tastes bad, they should automatically replace it!! That was our dinner for the night. I even had to end up calling pizza hut and getting me a good pizza.
