Staff is very young but professional and polite. Pizza is made right in front of you so you can ask for more or less of something. They even have cookie dough. Building is kind of hidden but Google makes it easy to find.

No one making pizzas!!! Could not keep up with orders, online or walk-ins. Ordered online for pick up at a later time and still had a 45 min additional wait. At one point there was 25 customers. Phone ringing non stop. They were disorganized to the point the manager was doing a “pizza roll call” and a “receipt roll call.”

Good tasting pizza but waited in line way too long even after ordering online. One staff ignored my request for help, the other one was sharing personal stories about diabetes with another male customer and the third staff noticed what was going on and assisted me. His professional behavior and concern was appreciated.

Fool me once…..just waited an hour for my pizza to be made, 2nd week in a row. Placed online order @ 4pm for a 4:45 pickup. Did not leave until 6. Asst. Manager offered an apology after 40 minutes. Excuses we’re: sorry we’re very busy, computer system not working right, typical. Walk in customers get priority. Quality is not the issue. The food is always great.

We had a very bad pizza. Worse I’ve ever had. No sauce to speak of at all. Drove out on icy roads and wouldn’t have been worth the drive if it had been a free pizza. When called to complain employees were very rude like we owed them more for allowing them to wait on us. Would rather drive and extra 25 miles further if needed to get a decent pizza.
