Once a month I have a standard family order and only during the summer and winter turn over flexes does the whole experience Tind of suffer. They are quick and polite to fix any and all mistakes though. Especially financial oopsies they make. Do not ever get rid of the calzones tho omg that’s ur new hot ticket item!!! Got there at 7:35 PM. Went in and tried to order pizza and was told they’re closed already. I called to speak with a manager. Had to call 6 times before someone answered. The person who answered the phone told me their line was cleaned up already. I asked why. And said it takes 3-4 minutes to make a pizza and they were still open for more than 20 minutes. He said they close at 8. I said correct at 8. Your open sign is lit up. I got an apology. That’s it. Not impressed. Makes no sense.

The food was great, the service was a bit lacking. I ordered two pizzas to pick up. At the time of pick-up they had forgotten one of the pizzas so we had to wait 15 minutes at the store for them to make it. I would buy from them again but be prepared for a possible wait.

I’ve had multiple mistakes made here with very simple orders. The drive-through takes forever. And when you call and leave multiple messages to speak with the daytime manager, she never returns the call..

Wish I could title this post, ‘not always the best pizza in town.’ certainly not the best experience. Last time here last order before they even open doors. When we ride food had not even started. Worried about 10 minutes as they asked, ran to the store, take a quick sheet, waited additional 5 minutes; still no pizza. Get behind encounter realize they had not done anything with regards to making my order. After additional 5 to 10 minutes left the store with the worst looking pizza I had ever received from Papa Murphy’s; anemic at best compared to what I received from there in the past.

The crew is always happy to be there and help. We ALWAYS make little changes, and they follow them PERFECTLY! We never worry if the have mis-made anything, and we are thankful that they don’t because we live 80 miles away, and would be so disappointed. Great job Papa Murphy Crew!

Ordering from the website is frustrating and absolutely will not work with most browsers. The store will not honor online coupons. The pizza is great sometimes, but mediocre others. Often ingredients don’t reach the edge of the crust, falling short by 1-1/2 inches all around. I’ve decided that supermarket frozen pizza, with a few selections from the vegetable isle make a better and cheaper option.
