I get a couple of awesome pizzas for the family from the Little Falls Papa Murphy’s everytime I visit Little Falls, about a dozen times a year. When I left the store a few weeks ago I left my credit card on the counter and didn’t realize my mistake until I returned home after the 200 mile drive. I called the Little Falls store immediately and they were kind enough to mail the card back to me immediately (after verifying who I was). So, not only was the pizza and the service great, but the care they showed me after I left the store was so much appreciated. Thank you! We’ll definitely see you again for more pizza 🙂

Any positive reviews from this place must have been from before new ownership took over, Now u get the least amount of topping i have ever seen from a Papa Murphy’s, i even ordered extra cheese n extra topping cheese n there is hardly any cheese on there. Time to call corporate n show them the pictures of pizza i have bought from there compared to other papa murphys. Thank god for time stamp on pictures n i keep all my reciepts. Time for new owners

I have heard from everyone that Papa Murphy’s has really good pizza. I was so disappointed in the service that I got there that I will not be returning again. I ordered a pizza with half of a certain ingredient. I’m kind of a prude with food. When I saw that my order was being made I followed it to make sure that it was going to be made correctly. I saw the person, making my pizza, grab for the wrong ingredient and stopped them and told them that they were screwing up. They looked at the ticket and said what I said out loud and still put the wrong ingredient on the pizza. After I told them that I wasn’t taking it without the ingredient I order, they kept the wrong ingredient on there and just added what I wanted. On top of that, the pizza just kind of lacked in sauce, and because of the ingredient I did not want, the pizza wasn’t very good. My husband does not eat specific ingredients and was also forced to eat things he did not want. I would have told them to refund me but it already seemed like that person had been screwing up all day.

Great pizza but lacking in customer service. Professionalism and friendliness could be greatly improved. I’ve witnessed multiple staff standing by when pizzas were needing to be made. By far the slowest Papa Murphy’s I’ve been to.
